They called 9 times today since 8 am...almost every hour.

they call and my phone rings once and then it doesnt anymore....i cant find anything out about this number.

Same here. rings once then they hang up.

i'm sure its a debt collector. i called back just now and someone named andre powers answered. they were't even calling for me. they were callin for someone named brandy potts.
just ignore the calls or if you have a phone like mine....select the number they're calling from and block it.
