I WANTED TO TELL EVERYONE A POSSIBLE ANSWER FOR THIS ISSUE!  I have been researching all night for lord knows how many times searching for answers on this bs and found someone say they had AT&T put a THIRD PARTY BILLING BLOCK on their phone and it "seemed to be working" because it wasn't JUST Key Club Save LLC it was the Enhanced Services Billing Inc umbrella-ing all of these scams! I'm going to try it out or Im leaving AT&T.

I just called for as least the 5th time, to Key Club Save LLC (whatever the heck that IS) and cancelled AGAIN, this time being connected by AT&T's "Enhanced Billing Services Rep" at 1 888 298-3724.  Finally a person answers (which had only happened one time before, usually music for EVER, or automated cancellation service with no real people "available" then click...disconnected).  For the second time I was promised that I would be reimbursed for three 0f the many payments, but that it would take (again as they told me 5 months ago and never happened) 1 to 3 billing cycles to see the refund.  She assured me that she could see that I cancelled ONCE and that there's been no billing since then (well it hasnt' been a month yet, plus last time they put it on hold so it looked cancelled so I thought I was safe and felt relieved so forgot about it then they started back up again and I didn't notice until my bill was really high and I looked it over more extensively).  She said she did not see any other cancellations despite that they had verbally told me that I would get a refund once before.  AT&T's Enhanced Billing Rep told me, after I tried to explain, that this company prefers to handle their own customer service.  Duh.  After grilling her and chewing her out for a while, she fid not sound surprised at all at my telling her that they are only found online as a scam and everyone's reporting, page after page of people, to the BBB and other places to stop them.  She told me their address was PO BOX 17598#38030 Baltimore Maryland 21297-1598.  Yes there is a # in the middle of that address on purpose.  Then I asked for a physical address and after some struggle and her telling me they didn't have one, then told me they are just a call center so no address, she finally gave me this address:  2400 South Ridgewood Avenue, South Daytona Beach, Florida 32119.  I asked her how we got this "service" she said a website we went to and filled out a form on.  I asked her WHAT WEBSITE she said they have "many".  I asked her to name just one, and she went silent, then said "Ma'am we literally have thousands of them" and never gave me the name of a single one.  She gave me a confirmation number (as they did once before which is useless).  I told her if I do not see arefund I will not stop, I will do whatever it takes to get them exposed.  She never seemed shaken, surprised at what I had to say, never skipped a beat, except when I tried to get addresses.  I just thought I'd share this info with you all.  I am considering leaving AT&T or else there's no way to keep this from charging into my bill!  It's not like I can pay all the sections of my bill separately and just say screw you to Key Club Save and only pay my legitimate phone bill!  Interesting to me that no ones' seeming to complain of this with any other phone company?

I totally agree with your asumption ,i am thinking the same, they tried billing my mc for $20.42 i did not sign up with them for anything, then i realised there was some charges occuring $1. plus allmost every time i used my mc ,spoke to mc they said, they did not reconize or have any service charges  related to this company- (Key Club Save LLC) ,I am not so quick to fill out my info on line anymore i cancelled my mc. too many bad experences with these on line company look out for the ones offering free stuff or start with $1.00 plus trial, they just want ur credit card info to start charging you.by the time you get to them charging $14.00/$20.00/$30.00 monthly -if they do this to 1-million people can u imagine how much money these people r making i hope there a***s end in jail with life sentese for the amount of people they r scaming. Call AT&T at 1-800-288-2020 to have the charges disputed so the scammers don't get paid.  the same thing happened to us.  Both Key Club Save, LLC and MYIPRODUCTS IMAIL charged us $14.95 each.  We never ordered it or authorized it.  Don't really know how they got us.

I called both companies and asked for a credit for two months and to stop any future billings.  They said it would "take 1 or 2 billing cycles."  we'll see if they're telling the truth.  I'm complaining to the Better Business Bureau.

We all need to write letters to shut these people down.

We don't know how  KEY CLUB SAVE LLC COMPANY  got our telephone numbers and start charging us $14.95 every month  and AT&T charged us under  Enhanced Services Billing Inc. every month. I don't know how many months they keep on charging untill one day our bill was too high so I went through every charges and found these scam charges( and other scam charges too!)!
I called AT&T and they said they are not responsible for the  third party charges and they even don't know these charges or party they just billed you! What a scam!
I called the KEY CLUB SAVE and they would say they'll cancel it but they don't cancel it! I called  in August through October month and charges still show on my AT&T bill and I pay for these charges thinking KEY CLUB SAVE will cancel it.  I still see charges in November bill too!   They haven't cancel it at all for months and AT&T keep on charging us. And I don't know how many more months KEY CLUB SAVE and AT&T will keep on charging us. I am wondering how many people they would have ripped so far like us. AT&T billing department said they can't cancel it.

It is steming from that web site.So there is someting there that gets a cookie so they can get your info.Called AT&T no luck they cannot remove, called the 800 number that was on the phone bill, but is is disconnected. I will keep trying, then will go to the media, Channel 3 in Sacramento has a segment on people having problems,  as this one is. I cannot believe how may complaints are out there. It is horrible. This company is a scam. I contacted the Delray City Police and they are contacting the Boca Raton Police. They are using MY domain name to solicit business and I am receiving numerous complaints about fraud by Me. I am not affiliated with them and am working to end this for all.

Someone called me today from 561 and it was a cellphone according to whitepages.com so no address given where they actually were calling from.

If you have complaints call the Delray City Police and talk to Sgt. Evans. They will do something if enough people call. 561-243-7810. The address they use in Delray is a UPS Store and only a mail box as well.

Two additional key pieces of information -

Key Club Save LLC/Key Voicemail gave me the IP address where I supposedly had requested service.  It was neither my IP address or the address of my internet provider.  When I called and reported this to a supervisor at the 800- number on my phone bill, I was told I would receive a refund for the charges.

I made an online complaint to the Federal Trade Commission.  I suggest everyone do this as the number of complaints will influence if this company is looked into.  The web address to complain:

I never filled out any online site for free coupons and I found Key Club Save, LLC voicemail charges on my AT&T invoice.  I missed it in April but when I found it on the May AT&T invoice.  When I called the company, I ended the service but only after I requested to end it three or four times.  I asked for a refund because I had never had the voicemail service.  I was told I never set it up and I should have received a "packet" but I never got anything in the mail.  And when I asked for the company mailing address and website address, the "customer service" person told me he was not authorized to give out that information and that there was no one in charge who could speak to me.

AT&T said they could not refund the money but they could give me a credit so that I'd probably be billed directly by Key Club Save.  I said GREAT.  I'm contacting the FCC to complain about this company.

Thank goodness I found this site.  I have been having the $14.95 added to my AT&T phone bill the last
three months.  Called the Key Club with them being very rude because they stated that I signed up
for the service.  I never heard of it before.  No luck with AT&T.  They stated I would have to wait for the
company to cancel the order ( which should have been done in April).  Then called FCC and the woman
there was very rude.  She stated I would have to send all copies of my bill and payment stubs that I had
paid and they would look into it, however, it would take several weeks to process.  I have paperless
AT&T Bills and auto pay.  I am like some of the rest of you.  AT&T, which I have been with for 25 years
in this state and 8 yrs in another state is soon to lose me as a customer.  The Key Club even stated
that I was probably not paying my bill.  I got postal when she said that.  What can we do?

Wow what a scam, I also was billed $14.95 for February and March for some bogus voicemail service that I supposedly signed up for online. I don't tend to sign up for things on line for just this reason. When I called to followup with this KEYCLUB Save, LLC Audrina, the woman I got on the phone was less than helpful and was unwilling to let me speak to a supervisor and then I was disconnected!
I contacted AT&T on 4/4/09 to freeze any further charges which they assured me would happen and low and behold on my May bill is yet another $14.95.  I yet again called Key Club Save, LLC and was told there was no record of my first call in April but Priscilla the representative this time assured me the charges would be reversed but it would take 1-3 billing cycles, she did provide a cofirmation cancellation # but of course she was unable to give me her last name and she had no employee ID #.  Once more I contacted AT&T and was told they were uncertain how another $14.95 was charged; another claim is pending and I hope to have this mess resolved soon!! We all need to flood the FCC to get this company closed ASAP.

For the last two months. my AT&T bill has had two additional charges of $14.95 for voicemail services that I neither ordered, want nor need.  I called Key Club, and after hearing my complaint, "David" told me he would refund the charges.  The other company's phone number was disconnected.  So I called AT&T. and my phone company told me that there's nothing they can do under FCC regulations, gave me the number of the FCC and told me that filing a complaint was the only thing I can do.  Of course, I can also quit AT&T and sign up with my cable company, and if these charges continue, that's what I'll do.  I'll also file a complaint with the FCC and the FTC, but I doubt it will do much good.  The system is set up in such a way that encourages illicit charges and there is little, if any, recourse to the law.  Very frustrating.

Same with me
A $14.95 charge never requested
I'm sure the marketing firm is grabbing emails, name address and phone data from some data base and shipping it off to Key Club save and they add it to the ATT bill.

Hi,

I checked my AT&T bills today and had charges for $47.64 ($15.88 per month) from Key Club Save LLC for voicemail services.

First I called AT&T and they took off all charges and are sending them back to Key Club. I also had a 3rd party block placed on my account.  The rep said he gets 30 calls a day about this problem.

I called Key Club and was told I signed up online and received an email confirmation on Feb.17. Not true. There was no email from this company then- or ever. Besides, I already have voicemail with AT&T.

The person I spoke with was nice enough and said she'd remove the charges and "close" my account.I told her about the block and that I was reporting this to BBB and the Feds. Suggested that she should look for another job before the whole fraud comes crashing down on her.

I used check my bill religiusly. I will again!

Wow, I thought I was alone and wondering how this happened. As someone else suggested ATT should not be billing their customers for other services, I plan to call and object.  We also got hit on our telephone bill a few months ago from some correctional facility with a collect call.  ATT does not seem to care, they just keep putting it on your bill.
I did call the wonderful Key Club number and talked to Marvin somewhere on the planet Earth.  He assured me I would get a whole month of free ? whatever it was I was getting.  How great it is to pay for nothing.
I  then tried to use my wonderful savings but I needed a card number, is this not absolutely the most ridiculous scam?  Perhaps I am misinformed, does anyone have a CARD NUMBER ????  How do you get it?
I am so happy to have found this page.  Someone else mentioned the wonderful coupon pages, just a come-on it seems to get information.   So sorry this is happening in the Country I Love...SAD, BET

I was glad to find this website.  I had the same thing as mentioned several times above, Key Club charging me for a voicemail service I did not purchase.  I was worried that I was some victim of identity fraud - after calling and recalling "Anita" through the phone number on my bill, I found that the security word given was "LeClaire", a maiden name or other word that I have no clue as to where it came from.  In a day and age of being busy and relying more and more on auto-billing, I am not surprised to see people taking advantage of this.  I will contact AT&T right away, and try and report this company as was mentioned here.

address and e-mail name. I was signed up for their voice mail at $14.95 a month billed to my At&t acct. I get my voice mail free as a retired SBC manager. The security question to confirm the order was what was supposedly my maiden name of Patterson(which it is not). I call the #(800-347-0854 for the company on my telephone bill. I was told my acct would be canceled, But I would have to deal with my provider for the charges on my bill

Here is some new info on the "KEY CARD SAVE LLC" (believed to be correct)

The base company is believed to be located in Nicosia, Cypress.

It is listed 2 different ways:

    Value Maker Holdings LTD
    Ioanni Stylianou,6
    2nd Floor, Flat/Office 202
    P.C. 2003, Nicosia, Cyprus
    +1 (800) 922-3407

#1 = DM-Value.com = owned & operated by Value Maker Holding Limited, Cyprus
#2 = Value-DM.com = owned & operated by Value Maker Holding Limited, Cyprus

It appears that the "Key Card Save" is the State Side of their BOGUS operation, with NUMEROUS & variously named "so called" non-services.

Their connection to the buying public is via Internet Sites or some unknown but subversive affiliation & information gathering method, with otherwise reputable businesses by pretending to give discount points, with todays purchase, that can be used on your next purchase----.

React to that ploy and they have all your information.

I was first caught by these crooks when I made a purchase from Computer Geeks (I no longer buy from them).

However, now they have taken that private transaction & info (at least in part from my Computer Geeks purchase & supplemented it with additional personal information and started appending charges to my AT&T Telephone Bill, with charges for services(?) that I never ordered!!

They are good at being crooked!!

They normally keep the charges low enough to not call enormous attention to their "SKIMMING" of anyones money, but given enough opportunities, they can make a Million or more ""a dollar (or more) at a time"

I have made a filing with the "Federal Trade Commission" on these guys and encourage others to do the same!!!!

The FTC Site is difficult to wade through, but fill out one of their complaints, even if you do it incorrectly!  Once you fill out a complaint form you will be assigned a complaint number and be given a phone number to call for updating information.

If enough people notify the FTC, surely we stand a chance of shutting these crooks down.

They could be stealing from their own Mother and they wouldn't even know it, what with their "Cloak and Dager" - "multi faceted" - Multi named businesses.

EVERYONE ---- Fill out a complaint with the FTC!
