called my company phone- did not leave a message' I do not answer numbers that I don't recognize..

Saw this number on my missed call list. Called it back and when she started asking me questions I refused to answer because she never told me a company name. She was eager to get off the phone as soon as i mentioned giving the number to the police. If it was legit, that shouldn't have made her so nervous.

I got a call from this number but I didn't answer because I did not recognize the prefix.

Called and a robotic voice said "This is not a sales call.  It is important that you listen.  Someone will be with you shortly."  Of course saying it was NOT a sales call meant that it was, that and the robot.  I hung up.  I continue to receive innumerable sales/robot/etc calls even though I am on every DO-NOT-CALL list there is.  I block them too so each one is from a new number.  Sigh.  I absolutely DO NOT believe in capitalism as it is practiced here nor do I believe in the "freedom" that is such a mantra to so many.  As far as I am concerned your freedom ends when it impinges on mine - and visa versa!!!!  I feel very impinged upon when someone violates my DO-NOT-CALL rights.

Please do not call me any more!!!

These people have been making false claims about medical bills. They are being reported for fraud. Do not answer them or give any personal information

This company just called requesting my minor child.  Have no idea what they are calling for they just passed me onto another operator after I became irritated that the first operator could not answer why they were calling for a minor.  Frustrating..finally I hung up since no one could answer what they were calling about and why calling my minor child.

Called and no answer when i picked it. Do not know the phone numbet. Who or what what are they?

Called the number after my daughter (a minor) had 2 missed calls a day for the past couple of weeks from the number.  I asked "Tracy" what the name of the company was and she said "Professional Account Services."  I asked her what the nature of the the company's business is and she stated, "we deal with many different personal business account matters."  My daughter's number is listed on the National DNC registry and I asked her to remove the number immediately from her call list.  She said, "We do not have call lists."  REALLY?  Why then, lady is your company calling a child, she has no accounts/credit in her name! She assured me the number would be removed immediately.  I hope so!

I will not identify myself if you will not identify yourself...simple as that. You dialed my number you should know who I am. Profesional account services is not enough info...from the previous comments looks like medical bill collectors...and I do have an outstanding balance with the hospital that is in the resolving process at the moment.

This number calls every few days, if not daily, and will not leave a message. Clearly it is not that important or legit if they refuse to leave a message. Please stop calling people without identifying yourself or leaving a message doing so.

Called me about a bill I had already paid through my hospital. exept this time it is some rediculous amount instead of 23 dollars and some change which was the amount of the original bill

This number is calling us about a hospital visit from an accident we had a few months ago.  They are claiming we owe thousands of dollars more than any bill we ever got from the hospital.  They also told us our address was a "bad address."

This number keeps coming up and they never leave a message. I want it stopped.

I went straight to hospital to the Billing department and asked them to answer me about this and they said to just ignore them cuz your insurance covered everything and there's NO bill with us,,, screw them  keep calling my phone jackoff's

Received call Thursday December 6th at 7:00 pm.  Have no doubt it is for overdue medical bills.  I am on disability and owe thousands for medical bills.  I get less than $1000 a month to live on, so have no way to pay.  Since I have Medicare I am not eligible for Obama Care.  I am separated, so besides having a $2500 deductible for Medicare also have a $2500 deductible for a crappy HSA through my husband.  I have a cheap Boost Mobile phone, so put a call blocker app for free on it, next time they call my phone will answer and hang up on them, problem solved!!

Applied for government assistance, but all I am eligible for is $12 a week in food assistance, told them to keep it!!  Yet we just had a drug bust here where I live, the guy had $1000 in cash, drove a Mercedes, had all kinds of heroin, weed, pills, etc. in the police photo of the drugs and things confiscated he had an Access card, and some other Benefit card, and also posted $5,000 cash to get out on bail???  Guess this is the way our system is set up to work??  PATHETIC!!!

This number keeps ringing up on my cell phone and no message is left. I answered it today. The lady said she is from Professional Account Services and the call was about a bill referred to them from my local hospital. I told her I don't have any way to pay this right now because I was laid off 3 months ago and I had to sell my house last summer. She said, "we show you have available credit to pay this bill." I asked her what she was talking about and she said, "we pulled a credit report on you." When I asked her if she meant available credit on a credit card, her answer was, "yes." I said I can't and don't use my credit card because I won't be able to pay the bill right now and SHE IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP ON ME!  Can they pull credit reports like that or make threats for legal action like that???

MEDICAL BILL COLLECTOR... WILL NOT LEAVE MESSAGES, AND ONLY SAYS IT IS REGARDING A "PERSONAL MATTER" WHEN ASKED WHAT THE CALL IS IN REFERENCE TO FOR A WRITTEN MESSAGE.

Just received a call on cell phone; didn't answer it as I did not know the number. Checked the voicemail and it was blank....just white noise. I DO NOT owe any medical expenses or have any past due accounts, so I have no idea why they would be calling. However, I thoroughly intend to answer the call next time and make them aware of this. I am on the "Do not call" registry and but have still been receiving quite a few weird calls here lately.

you owe money for medical services. just tell them you are a wetback. then it would be free,,,amigo

with any and all unknown numbers ,just dont answer. they will try a few times but will move on to greener pastures.if it is important most reputable people will leave a msg. collectors seldom do,,,

I receive calls from this number several times a week at all hours of the day and night...They are a collector for medical bills....the issue is the bill they are trying to call on was paid by my attorney over a year ago...they came back recently and have tried to collect the difference of the payment from the insurance, which they nogatiated down...and what they felt was fair...I went to see a physical therapist one time, who told me he could not work and me and referred me to someone else...they were paid over $400...now they want another $450...saying i had multiple visits...which was a lie...My attorney spoke to this company and they said it had been dealt with...yet again today they call....Not being gouged for services I did not receive...and who pays over $800 to be told they can not help you to go to someone else...Thank you Baldwin Physical Therapy....

This person called me, as well. When asked who was calling, he stated, 'Patrick, from *mumble, mumble*'. when I asked for him to repeat himself, he started demanding to speak to me, and would not elaborate on who he was or who he was calling from. Then he stated my middle name as my first and when I questioned that, he stated my first then middle, 'whichever one he is going by these days'. At that point, I told him that the conversation was over and hung up. This number has called several times since then, and has been duly ignored. If one cannot say who is calling, or get the name straight, they will not get information from me.

As others in previous posts mentioned what this number comes up as (business name or what number is under) I would have to go back and look again but best thing to do to put a stop to it is everyone report the number (and if possible name of company) to Better Business Bureau as fraudulent or extremely unprofessional and harassing. Enough people report it and complain they will be checked into and shut down asap. For 1) Anyone that doesn't state who they are and what they are calling for should never be given any info or be calling! For 2)  Anyone that calls and doesn't act professional or has no idea what they are doing again I would not give one bit of info to, would wonder if they are legit and they shouldn't be calling!! For 3) If it IS legit and is from hospital or medical bill they still have no idea how to be professional and need reported to hospital or provider that turned it over to them and if you are paying hospital or provider already for same bill I'd tell hospital/provider they better take care of this collector because they have NO right to be calling at all hours and harassing you when you ARE paying on the bill through them!! If not you will report them to Better Business Bureau as well and contact police about this other company. But I'd highly suggest everyone possible report this number to Better Business Bureau and maybe even local police if it seems fishy or is harassing. The way these people are angers me. If they are legit and professional then leave a message, state who they are, what they are calling for! I had some idiot say some pretty nasty vulgar stuff on my answering machine but the number couldn't be traced. I think it should be illegal.. If they can have our number which is invasion of OUR privacy (privacy act) then their legit and correct number and business should be required to come up on phone. One way to stop it is report it!! Sorry long message I've had it with these rude, ignorant, flunky losers!!

I cannot believe this company the nerve to call me!

I've been recg calls from this number for a month or so.  It's a medical billing collector.  I've been paying the hospital for an emergency room visit, but after 30 days from initial billing, hospital refers to collection agency even if you're paid some on the bill.  Why?  Because that's what the hospital does....they don't try to collect the bill...they refer out to an agency even though you're paying the hopsital.
