The reason T-Mobile is so reluctant to assist is probably because somebody hacked their system and T-Mobile does not want to acknowledge that somebody has obtain confidential customer information.

I got a message to call this number on my T-Mobile cell phone. This is one of those credit card number requests that says "Issue with Master Card XXXXX*****. Please call 615-528-4440" The X's are actual numbers. I don't have a Master Card! Yea, how did they get my number anyway? It is just an emergency pre-pay cell phone I scarcely use.
