Very well put. Employees with criminal backgrounds handling things outside of the office...what happens if/once that employee becomes disgruntled?

Now even after a law suit like this, how is it that Mr. David Butler is still employed for this company?  Found out that it actually has to do with the other employees listed in this law suit.  Randy Davis, as he is the *Golden Boy* of the company they do not want to let him go as well.  Now here is something for you keep in mind when dealing with this company, Mr. Davis's spouse is employes by the Social Security Administration and has access to some type of employment records making it easier for him to find out where you work.  This is one of the few collection companies that allows its employees to recieve calls outside of the office.  You would think that dealing with a person private information, even address and phone number that they would not be permitted to remove this from the office.  How do we know that they don't just write down our social security numbers to provide to a source that is not normally availible to the company.  Now our personal information that this company is supposed to keep strict watch over and make sure it is kept secure can be left sitting in a car or on a kitchen table or even worse left at a restaurant when it falls out of someones pocket.  So be caution when dealing with these people as they are only out for themselves.

Jeez Mike, you are really trying to get back at David Butler.  Did he screw you over that bad?
