The call is from a collection agency that specializes in collecting past due medical bills, but they will work other areas also. Fox will either 'buy the debt' or get paid a percentage if they help collect. You would be better paying the original bill, NOT the collector.

This call is from a fraudulent bill collection agency by the name of Fox (which sounds suspiciously a lot like F*cks, quite an accurate name....it must be a subliminal warning). As usual, these "agencies" hire low lives to scam and con you. The woman on the phone said I owed money, I advised I'm unemployed and to take me off their call list. The ignorant witch proceeded to try to lecture me: "just because you are unemployed does not mean you can't pay your debts". Seriously?????!!!!!!!!  I just hung up and blocked the #. Dealing with these thieves is like trying to reason with a drunk: a useless waste of time. So be advised if you get a call from this "fly by night" self proclaimed debt collection agency that hires anyone off the street for minimum wage plus whatever they can scam you off as commission (the irony is that the thugs calling you more than likely owe the very underwear they themselves are wearing) then just go ahead and save yourself the hassle. Just block their #.

Just had a message with a man in the back ground stating, "Well hopefully she will call us tomorrow". No direct message to me.

Left me a voicemail. All the same above, except called herself Bonnie Kay. She sounded creepy as hell.

"I know you're getting my calls and getting my letters."

Called my phone today looking for a dead relative (3 years gone), mispronounced the name, on a phone number not assigned prior to the relatives death. Incompetence at it's best. Obviously J works for them also. Maybe Fox Collections should spend more time doing their research and less time making derogatory comments online before the FTC gets complaints and they get investigated/sued/fined..

Or that someone else owes.  They are not particularly bright and will call a wrong number indefinitely even after being told repeatedly that it is a wrong number (over two years now)

I got a call from this woman before 9 am. Which I don't like it!! Anyway, called her back because I didn't catch the phone in time. I told her my name three times, she sounded 100 years old and didn't know what she was doing. She was looking for my ex but she had a million questions including my name and my mom's name, but yet said it didn't concern either of us. She's a total loon.

Get a call from this number about every other week and the message is call Betty.  Don't know a Betty so don't call back.

I also received a voice mail from a Betty Driver.  She states that it's a confidential phone call and if this is my voicemail (she uses my name) to give her a call back, otherwise disregard the message.  I called back and only get her voicemail.  Don't know who she is but I wish she would stop calling me.

This # has called me a couple of times, too. Doesn't say where she is from and google has no info on the number. She left the name Betty Driver on voice mail and just ask for a call back if this was the person she was calling. Would love to know where the call is from.

BTW - WhitePages online has a little info on the # - This number is a landline based in Goodlettsville, TN and is unpublished.

I took a call from this number. She asked for me by my first name (I go by my middle,) and said she was Betty Driver. When I asked her to remind me how I knew her because not many people call me by my first name, she hung up.

She works for Fox Collections and is calling to collect money on a debt you owe.
