This call was made from a Solicitation on "Survey" Compnay as a ruse.  They should be penalized.

The caller identified herself from AT&T.  She wanted to do a survey on my last call to AT&T.  Then asked if this was my cell phone she was calling and was there another number she could call me back on.  When I told her no, she thanked me for my time and hung up.

I didn't know it is AT&T... She asked me the same question as swtldyt.

I'm hearing impaired and I can't understand what she's saying (well, most of it) with background noise.

This number plus name keep calling and when I answer they hang up

The caller identified himself as someone  from AT&T and wanted to conduct some survey. Told me that I would be eligible for a $250 prize, if I won. Asked me whether I have any other number, when I gave my other number, he simply hung up. AT&T should take note of this and prevent abuse.

I've started receiving regular calls from this number but don't answer because I don't know who Flake Wilkerson is.  The caller has never left a message.  I did cancel all of my AT&T services recently and the calls started after that.  I suspect AT&T is responsible due to the other comments on this number.

the same number called.  I saw Flake Wilkerson, didn't want to talk to a Flake, so I didn't answer it. I can see by the above that was a wise decision
