We have read a lot of these comments. Seams that, since we can't really stop them, from calling> I have found that these rude and vulgar reps are on % commissions. I have found they don't like it when you keep them on the phone for 5, 10 or 30(my personal best) minutes.
Examples: 1)Pretend your accent is so thick that he/she can't understand you. They will repeat the same lines over and over(there again my best is 5 times). 2) Pretend you have a great hearing loss, and they have to explain it again. All you have to do is say, "What?" My co-conspirator won this one with 12 times!!!. 3) Our favorite is,"Have you Checked the Children"!!!!

Did a search of 616-613-2220 and found a name to go with it .

Have multliple daily call from this company. I have respectfully requested SEVERAL times to be placed on their "No call" list. I have been hung up and sworn at. I would like to know how to report this company for harassment.

I received a call from this number and got a short voice mail saying "This Today" and that was it..

Is there really nothing that we (the consumers) can do to stop this crazy mess? Clearly, the DNC list doesn't affect spammers, and just as clearly, asking to be taken off their calling list also doesn't work, and only verifies that your number is live so they can keep using it. Reporting it to the  FCC and/or state attorney general apparently doesn't do any good either. Do we really have no other options except to just put up with it? I'd be very glad to be able to eat my dinner in peace, for once...

I let the call go to the answering system.  While it doesn't come out and identify the caller, the recorded message tells me that this is my final notice as it relates to the federal stimulus.  Final notice?  I've gotten quite of few of these Final notice calls.  It's been a while though.  I still don't answer the call.

For a second time I actually pressed 1 to accept because there was no automated option to stop the calls which I thought was required by law.  I figured if I got a person I could tell them to stop calling or I would report them.  They hung up as soon as it was clear I wasn't biting.  Today I simply said "Before I start discussing my personal financial information with you, what is your name?" No response, repeat, he hung up for a second time.  How do people fall for this and how do I get them to stop calling my home phone?!!

Thanks Bob for going to the trouble to find out more about the origins of the number.  I've been getting a lot of weird activity from the Michigan area, especially.

another angle...they have websites that want a fee to block callers....the websites are crappy...they are probably making websites...then you pay 99 cents to find who it is. Get it.

I keep getting a call from this number and they don't leave a message I am on the do not call list I am getting tired of there calls

This unwanted call came to an obscure post in Montana manned by two senior citizens with occasional small visitors.  Small visitors have been advised not to answer the phone because it may be a BAD PERSON who intends ill will toward them.  

We don't want any more calls from this number.  It's an area code we don't recognize, and the above warnings from other victims are very edifying.

Same here!  finally pressed "1" to speak to someone.  Told her I was going to report the number for not taking us off the list, I was tired  of the phone calls.  She asked me how old I was....I asked why and she proceeded to call me "trailer trash!"  If only I could report HER!!

These people keep calling me, at mealtime and even on Sunday even though I have blocked these calls before
