Constantly call, usually when I'm at work, offering to lower my interest rates on credit cards. I don't think they can help me I have an excellent credit score and cards at 9.9%.

The phone companies could put a stop to this by blocking fake caller ID's. They won't. A good class action suite would put a stop to scamers, by forcing the phone companies to do their job with caller ID fraud. Fake Caller ID.

I also keep getting these calls.  The recorded message always says this is my last call.  If only that were true.  Today I pushed 1 to talk to someone.  When I asked him to please make it true that this is the last time they will call he hung up.  Oh well...

I don't answer when I don't know the number.  If I get a call from the same number over and over again, I forward my phone to a fax line.  Doesn't even have to be my fax line.  Just any fax line.  I let my family know to call on another line.  They stop calling after a day or 2.  Screw them.

MY NUMBER IS ON THE NATIONAL DON'T CALL LIST AND THIS COMPANY KEEPS CALLING ME EVEN AFTER I'VE REQUESTED THEY REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM THEIR LISTS. THEY WON'T GIVE ME ANY INFO ABOUT THEIR COMPANY OR HOW I CAN FILE A COMPLAINT.

I  used to blow my whistle, and then someone told me that if you damage their hearing, they can sue you.

keep receiving these.  the fcc needs to go after them.  this is ridiculous.  I just filed a complaint on the FCC site, maybe if enough people do they will do something about it?  (wishful thinking)

They never learn. They're on my blocked caller list and they still keep trying. So I'll do my part to ensure that Google/Bing/Yahoo! searches show them as an unwanted caller.

I just got the call and they left a message and started saying something about payments and stimmelist but  i  get calls from several other numbers also and it is getting on my nerves even if you block they they use another number. Whats funny is the number didn't show on my caller id i had to use  star 69 to find out but i didn't get the whole message just the last part

these jack a***s call 4x aweek and never leave a message! did i mention they never leave a message ....wait, they left one.. a canned message telling me to quickly call back.

Press 1 now to find out the terms conditions and associated changes before the next billing cycle. Again, this is your final notice as it relates to the financial stimulus. Just showed up on my recent calls--no message left in voicemail.  Did not try to return the call as I assumed it was a scam.

I am Elderly and on Total Disability.These people are the lowest skumm I have ever come across. You first speak to a Mashelle Wilson (believe that name if you want to), sound like a very nice woman (Black I take it from her coments & voice) and she tells you how she can lower your credit card rate. She turns you over to a Mark Williams (what's a name??) who somehow has your credit card info ???  and explains he will see you get a rate of 6.9% on all your cards.

 DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.  NO ONE, I MEAN NO ONE CAN LOWER YOUR RATE BUT THE BANK THAT ISSUED THE CARD...  DON"T BELIEVE THEIR S@#T.

   They are con-artists out to rip you off.  JUST HANG UP THE PHONE!!!!  The number they used 616 980-2164 they say they are located in Orlando, Fla.  Don't believe that either..I ask them questions about Orlando (I'm originaly from Lakeland) and they gave me all the wrong answers.  None of their numbers are any good either.  Someone should shoot them on sight !!! or better yet, turn them over to a crowd of the people they ripped off.

Same complaint as others I have read.  I pressed 1 and asked to be stricken from the calling list. The male voice said "question, yes or no answer, do you have less than $3,000 in credit card debt?"  How rude!!!  I responded, "why is that your business?"  He immediately hung up.

I am on the do not call list.  This was Amy from card services. I hit lots of buttons until some guy came on and offered to lower my interest rate.  I told him to quit calling.  I do not think it will help, but it felt good to tell a real person that message.

Got a call from this number on my CELL..... I didn't answer, and no message was left. Caller ID said "Michigan caller".....I don't know anybody in Michigan, and I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. But it really ticks me off when these calls come on my cell.....costs me minutes, and I thought it was illegal for these jerks to call cell phones.

Kept calling me and leave no message.  Do not know who it is and don't want this person to call me.  Best bet is to not pick up phone when there is an unrecognized phone number.  Its usually a scam, someone trying to sell something or get your personal information.  Don't fall for it and don't pick up phone.

answered the call it's one of those we can lower your credit card rates scammers if you need help you should press  1 I did and a woman without an accent ( so there somewhere in the U.S. ) asked me if I wanted to lower my credit card rate ..I told her no I want you to take me off your call list ...she slammed the phone down in my ear .So would a legitimate caller do that ?

Everyone should call them all at once and just harrass them, clog their phone lines and cause their little system to shut down lol.

lower my credit card rates scam. after identifying this is my business line caller went into story about his neighbors tree growing into his yard and what a difficult a** he is and how he wanted him dead and what I charge to f*ing kill him. caller ignorant that I deal in firearms and that I am not actually a hitman for hire. went on and on using extreme profanity until I told him that this call is being recorded. Then only silence on the other end of the phone. I called local authorities as well as attorney generals office to file a report as well as a cease and desist order. appears this telemarketer will be looking for work elsewhere after the holiday and possibly criminal charges if I push the issue.
