I had a call from this number today, July 18, 2007 in the morning.  I man that was obviously foreign who asked for Mrs. _______ (me!) but he couldn't pronounce my name.  My 5 year old answered the phone and neither knew I picked up the phone upstairs.  He hung up when my five year old answered.  AN OBVIOUS TELEMARKETER.
