Stop this number from calling...It has called almost everyday..for a week now..

Have rec'd 10+ calls today...no voice mails left, recording says ATI when tried to call back.  Looking for how I can block this #, this is ridiculous.

i got a call from this number today. I couldn't talk coz the repsresentative talks a lot and very fast. hahahah,.. i hanged up the phone. i don't know them anyway..

I think I know when this started....I ordered an H20 Mop.  These calls started about a week afterwards.  Buyer beware

trying to sell insurance. told me they had my bank information on file from another insurance that i had dealt with. AGI-I told them to take my name off their calling list. after that they called me back to back for something like a hour i told them i was going to give the police this phone number to see what the problem was

I logged into our Fastmetrics phone system, and blocked the caller id. no more trouble. The feature is called selective call blocking.

This number has been calling my phone like 20 times a day.  I don't usually answer my phone if i don't know the number but i was getting mad.  I answered it and I said Hi and there was just silence.. You could tell someone was on the other end.  It's driving me nuts!!

this number will nto stop calling me.  when I answer they hang up and never leave a message.  After reading the posts I assume it is thie promo that was offered to me after being scammed into an "easy saver" and "american leisure" program which I cancelled the other day right before the calls began...they mentioned that someone would call and I would have to listen to a short promo and then would receive a $15 gas rebate card.  These days...who is going to turn down free gas.  I will try calling the other number to ask them to stop!

i have been receiving calls from this number for a few weeks now and they call about 30 times a day.  when you pickup they do not talk or they are talking between themselves.  i do not want anymore calls from this number.

I also recieved calls from this number and it turned out to be because I recently ordered a product that I saw on an infomercial and I said that I would listen to a promotion for a $15 gift card.  In most cases, if you ask them not to call again, they will not.  I will see if I get another call...

This # constantly calling even way late into the evening. I have to take phone off the hook so I can go to sleep.
This is very annoying and disturbing. My husband is very ill and this is distressful to his health.

took the advice of "Fed Up" and called Scott; will remove my name from the list within 24 hours.  If calls continue beyond 24 hours, I'll call him as he said to.

Keep getting calls from this number and hangs up after I answer the call. Need to stop them from calling but no guts to speak on the phone....I'll get whoever it is yet.

Well folks, I think I can shed some light on the mystery surrounding the caller from 616-980-4031.  I suddenly started getting calls from this number about 2 days ago, to the tune of about 5 or more a day. I'd been ignoring them since I dont answer out of state calls from unfamiliar numbers, but decided the only way to figure this out was to answer the call. It appears that the number belongs to a rather aggressive marketing company hired to manage certain product orders and payment processing for items advertised on TV or infomercials. Once they process the order for the item desired by the calling customer, they take advantage of your undivided attention and attempt to sell you unrelated secondary products from other manufacturers/publishers/clients that they piggyback onto the primary product advertised, and often include some promotional opportunity that offers you a FREE something in exchange for the purchase of something you werent initially interested in nor in need of. These piggyback products/services can be so numerous, and the order processor so insistent that many people unwittingly agree to recieve additional product information in follow-up calls placed by their "phone jock" representatives (can be as many as 30 of them, all having your phone number, and tagged as going "unanswered" or "noncommital" (same as a MAYBE), or "declined", etc.   (A simple "stop calling me" and then hanging up WILL be tagged as "Noncommital" , btw. Its the nature of the business I guess) You will only be tagged as "DECLINED" if you assertively communiticate in a calm but VERY direct manner,  that you DO NOT want to purchase any other product other than the product you initially placed the order for. Follow it up with a firm but calm, "DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME?" and then wait for the appropriate answer. Say thank you and then hang up.  This approach may not immediately stop the calls being that so many of these jocks have your name/number on their list.  You might have to repeat the act, same way, 15 minutes later,  but that should do the trick. Ive had to give the speech twice, 15 minutes apart, however, my phone has been the quietest its been in the 2 days since I placed my order for some informational books being promoted via infomercial. But then again, tomorrow is another day and we shall see. However, If this fails, I will demand to speak to a person whose name is on a door somewhere around there and get a little more direct about it.  And Good luck to all.

This number 616-980-4031 has called me atleast 7 times a day, since monday!! I called the BUYFORLESSNOWSITE.COM, because they charged me for something that I have no idea what it is & I cancelled it, I am suspecting they are behind this.

These guys, called me so many times and they offer points when you use your credit card on gas station...they ask you to type on your phone your zip code...even they know your last 4 digits of your card and name...dont believe it...i said i was not interested on that and they got mad...

Keep calling. Told them were not interested first time.
Get 10-15 calls a day.
Asked them not to call again.
Still keep calling.

I've gotten 19 more calls since I asked them to stop a week ago...

I want to block this number immediately!

I too have been getting these calls every hour all day long.  I told them to stop calling, and I was told that it would take 30 days to take me off of the call list.  They got my number from glow.com where I had made a purchase recently.  Then, I read a post above that states this: "I finally was able to get some information on this 616-980-4031 number. The phone number to call and get a real person is 616-361-0128. I spoke with Scott and he was very nice and helpful. He said that the calls would stop within 24 hours."  I called and spoke to Scott who said that the calls should stop within 24 hours, and if the calls continued after the 24 hour period to call him back.  Thanks Scott!

This number of (616) 980-4031, has attempted to call me several times a day.  I've answered occassionally and got dead air.  I finally called back & got a recorded greeting stating that the call was from AGI for some "special offers."  Then it asks if you would rather not hear about the "Special Offers" to press 1.  I did that and then the message asks if we want to be removed from the call list to enter my number with area code after the beep.  When the beep comes, it's a person saying "Beep!"  I hung up after that.  Thought this important to share.

CALLS ME MORE THAN FIVE TIMES A DAY.

they call me atg least 15 times a day. I just called them back and got recording. listened to it and it said if you want them to stop calling enter your number. they havent called back yet. worth a shot

talk to scott at 616-361-0128 he fixes it and they dont call anymore
