The guy that called gave me the creeps. He sounded like he was speaking in s-l-o-w motion, darth vader like. I couldn't understand a word of it

Same thing  sounded muffled and on slow speed, weird.

Got the same thing tonight.  Sounded like a tape that was on veeerrrryyyy slow.  Weird.

This person called me and had a muffled voice like they were trying to hide it for some reason. I want them to stop calling.
