Got a call today, my first, and it started off saying something about Social security, blah blah blah so I hung up, this is a scam

Have been on the DNC list since its inception and they called today, twice, ringing through 6 rings to my voice mail each time. They obviously are not checking DNC status for numbers they contact.

Yeah! Their machine was running at about 1/10th of normal speed. I Could not decipher what it was saying. I thought it was a prank call at first. Lol!

Got a call from take charge llc, apparently their recording is on cassette take because it's breaking and distorted. thought it was a crank call at first. will report them to donotcall.gov

Yes, I got a call from the same persons, "Take Charge". I have no idea who these people are, haven't given out any info to anyone. I thought that we were on a list for telemarketers not to call us, does this apply to them? I was gone when the call came in, so I might have answered it had i been home. Im glad that i wasn't here to take the call, might have made me mad! So, has anyone talked to these people? What questions do they ask you? I am sure it's about disablity. Funny thing though, they called the same day that I get paid! I did some research, googled the name and i saw that it could be a scam. This is too weird, I was "friended" by someone last week, on facebook, who turned out to be doing a Nigerian scam, wonder if the two are somehow combined, or working together? I knew right off the bat, when my "friend" the "Nigerian scammer" rather, was up to no good when he told me where he was, in Nigeria on a business trip. I went and looked up all his "friends" on his fb list and let them all know what the real deal was with this creep, who ever he or she was was trying to scam all of us, but it failed to work out for him, or her. If anyone has info about how to stop these scammers, please let us know what we can do, it would be very much appreciated.

got a call from this number an hr ago, didn't answer it because i didn't recognize it. then i googled it and it seems other people have been getting calls from this number so it needs to stop.
