We have had this same problem.  Started about 2 months ago, then they stopped calling and then started back up again yesterday! We got told that Kent was going to get arrested for running away from his responsibly for NOT paying is Advanced Pay Day Loan that he took out.  We said, here is our address, come and arrest me.  The guy kept saying WHATEVER! Then yesterday when they called, the guy kept saying to me, What the hell is the matter with you lady?  Kept repeating himself.  They we as far as calling Kent's employer and even told the Clerk, Shut up lady!! These people are VERY persentant in getting peoples money! Today they called his employer about 20 times today and they gals in the office would just pick up the phone and hang up!

Debt Collector
They called me to tell me they are calling from a PayDay company to collect a debt and that the police will be there today to get me from my job for fraud. They have Indian accents and don't understand that you can't get picked up and jailed unless you missed a court date. A so called "pending trial" does not qualify you for police involvement unless it's for a felony offense or you're a murder suspect. Bullying people into giving their credit card information over the phone when you can't identify your company isn't ethical and it's ILLEGAL.
