Was a doctors office calling to change an appnt I have scheduled in the future, I am in FL.

I aswered and it was just to remind me of a doctors apt my daughters has tomorrow. I live in NM.

it is from a bill collector for medical bills that gives a website to go and receive a "secure message".

I refuse to answer calls from unknown callers.  This person has called several times today and lets the phone ring about 20 or more times.  As far as I know we know no one in Massachusetts.
