I got the same info, and told them my number was on the do not call list. The guy actually told me it was not a sales call but a 'service call' to lower my bill. I told him it was a sales call since he was not calling from my current electric provider. He told me he would put me on the 'international' do not call list. Cold calling scam.

Caller ID is "Client Retention". One ring before my call-blocking software caught it and hung up. Best thing I ever did was install PhoneTray with a USB modem (no affliation here -- just sayin'). Just came here to confirm it's a spam call.

Keep getting calls from them. Client retention and when I answer there is nobody there so I swear profanities into the phone expecting they don't hear them. They are blocked from calling me now.

this number has appeared several times on my caller ID, no message is left. I called back number and recording says this is a non-working number. Caller ID is "Client Retention". I am on the do not call registry but still keep getting unknown calls.

called 3/13 at4:54 and 3/18 at 4:18. let it ring about 15 times.suspicious caller id . thought it might be a phish call. a lot of that going on up here.

This was a telemarketer call from a company (no name) offering to lower my electric bill. Told them to take me off their list. They stated that it would take 72 hours. I stated that I was already on the federal "do not call list" and they shouldn't have called me in the first place and to take me off immediately. she hung up.
