they cant garnish your check they have to show up in court also you have to be served by law enforcement with paper work from court house  for court hearing these jerks wont show up to court where is the proof did you send a check to them or all done by phone

phone number is a cell phone do not give any info also they are useing a cell phone caller id shows wireless caller beware also they phone spoof they use a card they call you when it comes to your caller id  it will have a diffrent number every time they spoof their real number beware also when you do a payday loan on line every lender has your info with out you knowing i did a payday loan  and a companey just did a deposit in to account with out my aproveal and they never called me to make sure i was the real person or they never verified it with me also payday loans people will not give their address to you some work over seas with a toll free number they use beware   go to a local payday loan store  florida has a law only 1 loan at a time you cant  have 2 or more florida will not allow it also you can call fla paydayloan to find out if you have any loans out their if you do they will not approve your loan  loan sharks fish for your info they dont care if you have 2 or more out their they do not follow florida laws
