They just called me too. but this Time it was a guy sounded like one from India. Called from Microsoft and and said my computer is infected with a virus. What a scam.

Female voice with a thick accent claiming that she was calling from Microsoft and that they had noticed a problem with my computer. I told her to get a decent job and to stop harassing people with bogus calls.

This person had a heavy accent and claimed that there was something wrong with our computer and asked us to get on his website so he could show us the problem. Luckily my son is smart and didn't give him any info and hung up on him. Be very careful!

Called and asked for us by our last name, gave me his name as Jim. Said he was calling from a medical office and had questions or something about medicare , when I questioned him further he hung up. We have caller ID so called back and got a message that the number was disconnected. When the call came through it said it was a payphone.

scammer. they try to steal your computer passwords and stuff. i just fool around with them. then they hang up on me. if you call it back it says its disconnected.
