Multiple call a day now claiming to be Microsoft and I need to enter a key in Windows to solve the problem.

Have had repeated calls from this number. I answered and was sent to "tech support".  Since I had called no one for help, I asked that they stop calling.  Have done this several times to no avail. I'm now blocking the number but this is a scam.

Same thing, calling about something is wrong with my computer.  Same Sandiego Tej, that is how is showing on my phone.  Been calling me for a few months too. Three- four  times this week.  Did not answered.  610-202-6778.  Don't answer, probable scam.

Keep getting calls about error messages they are receiving from my computer. When queried as to who "we" were. They replied Microsoft Tech-support. I always give them a reason why I can't go and turn computer on right now. Please call back at a later time.

How do we shut this FAKE down.  I received 2 calls from Jordan in October and reported him to Norton.  He called the second time shortly after Norton restored my computer.  Norton supervisor said he would look into it but never called me back.  Now 2 months later, Jordan from so called Microsoft or Norton called me again knowing that i am experiencing computer problems and wanted me to give him access.  I told him i was going to report him to the FBI and he just laughed at me on the phone.  I hung up.  Now i will call norton again

EXACT same crap---MicroSoft Tech Support--recieving lots of register errors from your computer....but I did manage to waste a good 10 min. of this idiots time. He must think everyone is as stupid as he is....

These people are scammers.  They claim to be either from Microsoft or Norton.  They say there is a problem with your computer and they need to access it.  They send you to all kinds of websites so they can hijack your computer.  The one persons name is Jordan (thick Indian accent) and they answer the phone Tech Support (how ironic).  They have been calling us for months.  They use VOIP and are no doubt spoofing the telephone number.  We have reported all the numbers they used to use which came from 408-217.  They are now using this one which comes up TJE San Diego.  

DO NOT fall for this scam.

I called Norton they told me he is a FAKE

Just answered a call at 7 am Nov. 26th from a east Indian accent man claiming to be from Norton.  He said " I have a serious invasion on my computer and was here to help me fix it ... (Thing is I don't use Norton.)  I ask him how do I know your
la git? he said he could give me a number to call and they would verify who he  is..  ("REALLY"  do ya thing I road in on a horse yesterday? ) I then ask him how does he know I have an issue with my computer and he said he has the serial number that is monitored  and shows a serious invasion.  I told him I would take care of the problem myself.  He said OK and hung up.

Received call from this number on October (2013) 3rd, 18th, 21st, 24th & 30t and did not leave a message. Don't recognise this number.

Have received several calls from this number starting on 10/2/13.  The last one was today, 10/24/13.  The caller claims to be from Norton and leaves message that I am getting PCL's  on my computer and to call him back to get it resolved.  He has an East Indian accent and says to call back on the number he is calling from or to call a toll free number he leaves -- 1-800-264-7122  Ext. 777.   The number he calls from appears to be in the San Diego area, but the 800 number appears to be in the Stockton area,  both in California.
