Got a call from this number yesterday and today. Its some women saying that i won a free course to learn English. When I told her that i wasn't interested and I was busy she went off on me saying why did i answer the phone if I was busy.

I recieved the same exact call but from a man named mr. benjamin which was also mid east accent he told me the same exact thing but this is funny he said i was being sued for 8958 dollars but if i paid today and only today the company would settle for 405.88 and the company was in wilson north carolina 252-296-2944 same company and ame phone conversation wouldnot give me date said that was his clients information and he represents them and could not give that that information. he threatened to have my social security stopped. what can we do about this guy.

I got this same phone call from some guy named Erik Matthews, phone number, 978-577-1756. I did have some payday loans that I defaulted on and I have either paid them off now or am making payments to pay them off. When i got this call it freaked me out, I did get rattled up, but I asked what pay day company they were collecting for, because i was not about to pay off a loan thats already been paid off. it went from 600.00 to 500.00 and finally he said he'd settle for 200.00. 100.00 dollars today and $100.00 my next pay date, and he made me put the money on a money pak card from walmart! after googling the number, i realized it was a scam!

Today 4/20/12, the same thing happen to me pretty much similar what you describe but the phone# was 786-752-7410. what did you do please advise.

I received a similar call but from number 707-574-8531 and the guy was rude! Telling me that I was being sued for a loan that I took out.  The loan I took out was not from the people he "supposedly" represents. He wind up hanging up on me when I questioned him.  

After I got this loan I noticed that a couple hundreds dollars were being taken out of my account by some company by the name of Premier something or other.  I called my Bank and put a stop to this as I did not authorize this Company took take my money!!!!!

Hey dimplees, I got the exact same calls (three in a row ) from this guy Mark) who I also couldn.t understand.  He refused to transfer me to anyone else. He refused to tell me who is supposedly suing me until I badgered him.  He told me the name of the payday loan company, but the twist is that I do not owe them anything.  I sued them for harrasment. they have long time been paid off.   He was rude, called me honey babe, told me not to call again and hung up.  He had my phone number, address and social security number.  This scares me.  I want to know what to do to turn them in and protect my information.

They have changed the name. My story is exactly like dimples story except for one detail. They have changed the name from Mark Hamilton to Mark Brown. I called my attorney and my debt assistance company and they told me to rest assured. They said that i was not going to jail and that the number with the indian man on the other side was fraud. All i know is that if he gives my info or uses it anywhere, it wont only be his name that is fraud but it will be him lol haha.

I got a call from 619-207-4393 a brian gebreck with a bunch of legal mumbo jumbo that no one understands. I was told he was calling from ACC America calling for cash advance usa. I was threatened with prison time. They would not confirm any information or give me any answers.

I have no idea what kind of bull they are doing, I am going to try and get in touch with the BBB where they are located at and see if something can be done about it !!!

dimples:  I  have been getting the same kind of phone calls at my work as well, I do not know what this is all about either and I am (as well as my boss) are getting tired of this !!!

I have been getting the same phone calls all day. They are a** holes and I have read nothing on this place except that it is a scam. I have not verified anything with them and will not. If they have anything on me (which they dont) then they can mail it to me, which by law they are required to put in writing. My guy is Adrian Hawkings. Never met an Adrian Hawkings or Mark Hamilton from India, which none of these people calling can even speak English. Next phone call they will be getting slapped with harassment charges from my attorney.

CALLS  AT  LEAST  5-10 A  DAY  FROM THESE   NUMBERS 3-126-444-6445 OR 3-155-515-5819 OR800-SERVICE-888-4976840 OR1-619-207- 4393. AND  HE  MAKES  THREATS  EVERY DAY  ALL DAY  .  AND  THE MOTHER CANT  PRONOUCE  MY  NAME.  AND SAY  POLICE   ARE GOING  TO  COME TO   MY  HOUSE.   BUT  HE  IS   BETTER  OFF  TALKING BECAUSE  HE   WOULD  HAVE  A   WORE  OUT  BACKSIDE.

I Think Apoo has gotten another cell or phone number  , claims to be an attorney and threatned to have me arrested and this clown actually called my home 11 TIMES in abt 10 minutes, hasn't tried to call since i told him if he called this number again i would contact the people at ICE and INS

ask for an address to mail their payment to and go kick their a**

mine was from brian gebreck will find out tomorrow is when they said i would be arrested the phone number comes up alot on scam list

3 h 35 min agoI HAD A LAW FIRM CALL ME @ WORK TODAY , TELLING  ME I HAVE A LEGAL CASE AGAINST FROM A PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY. THAT I WILL BE ARRESTED IF I DONT SETTLE AND PAY THIS TODAY, NOT TOMMORROW TODAY! THE CALLER NAME IS MARK HAMILTON, VERY VERY RUDE. WHEN I SAID I COULDNT UNDEDRSTAND HIM,VERY INDIAN SOUNDING. HE TOLD ME TO HANG UP (RIGHT NOW) AND CALL FROM ANOTHER PHONE. AND WHEN I DID, I TOLD HIM I COULD HEAR HIM, NOT UNDERSTAND HIM, VERY RUDE. AFTER HIS SPEW OF LEGAL DOCUMENT HE READ TO ME ENTIRELY AND TOLD ME NOT TO INTERUPT AT ANY TIME. HE COMMENCE TO TELLING ME SINCE I WAS A WOMAN, HE COULD CUT ME A DEAL AND PAY PART OF THE AMOUNT OWEDTODAY AND PAY THE REST OUT LATER DATES.I ASKED WHEN THIS LOAN SUPPOSELY WAS TAKEN OUT, HE SAID HE CAN NOT TELL ME THAT INFORMATION, THAT WAS THEIR (EVIDENCE) AGAINST ME, NOT EVEN THE AMOUNT THE LOAN WAS FOR.. HE EVEN FAXED ME PAPERWORK TO SIGN AND FAX BACK TO THEM ALONG WITH PHOTO ID.  THIS HAD ME VERY UPSET,KNOWING HER HAD ALL MY INFO, LOOKED UP EMAIL ADDRESS, DOESNT SHOW ANYWHERE.
