619-216-0499 is a scammer!  I'm getting the calls too.  Last one around 8am on May 27, 2014.

Just a heads up: This skanky operation is also using 619-216-0499. We've received a ton of calls from this joker. Maybe time to blocked all 619-216-XXXX numbers?

Called back and got an AT&T recorded message which states the number has been disconnected.  So, how is it this telemarketer can keep making all these calls?  Come on AT&T reassign this number ASAP!

The caller calls often, about daily.  When trying to call back the message is that the number is disconnected.  DISHONESTY on the part of the caller!  I picked up the phone today and the person asked for me by name, I told him to remove me from their calling list and he said that they would do that immediately.  We'll see.  I did not even asked what the call was about or who's the outfit they represent.

This caller or callers needs to f****ng die and go to hell. Too many f****ng telemarketing calls. This is f****ng b***s***. I hope they get cancer. (n_n)

Called 3x times in a row ...ignored then blocked via google voice after I called it back and I got the disconnect number dialog.

I get calls at least twice a day from this number. Usually no one on the other end. One time a very rude lady answered, when I asked her not to call me any more she swore at me,hung up then called back from a different number and swore at me again.

They need to stop calling.  Especially if they are trying to sell solar systems.

Been receiving daily calls from either  619-216-0438 or 619-216-0430.  No one appears to be on the
other end of the call

Because it had a name (although I didn't recognize it), I picked up the phone and there was no one there.  I get a ton of telemarketers calling from area code 619 - then I noticed that this number was similar to 619-216-0430 that has been incessantly calling (I think about solar).  So when I called the number back, it was "no longer in service" - meaning they have phished a phony number and now they know I am a "real" number - which I am assuming they will sell - crap!  How can we stop these morons!!!

Probably a telemarketer. No message, unknown number. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize, and I blocked it.

This is an abusive telemarketing company who will call twenty times a night.

They repeatedly called with marketing calls for solar panel appointments when we were waiting to hear if we were getting a reverse 911 call to be evacuated during the fire. They are openly and angrily abusive.
