Someone from this number called me and hung up a bunch of times.  they only called when I was home alone - as if they were watching.  Then, when I blocked it - they started calling from a different number and have been calling for months. I dont think this is a telemarketer.

I hade the same experience.

I got a call from this number. When I answered they hung up; when I called back I got: "Your call can not be completed".
