If these people are scamming elderly people in their 60s their stupid.  We are a new different generation, much smarter than they are.  We know how to block calls,  I just don't answer, never called back, never become a victim to the silly things these idiots can dream up.  Maybe someday go get a real job!

Come home and saw the voice mail light flashing. Played back the message and heard a male voice repeat over and over "Hello? ... Hello? ... Hello?" All this while five or six other people were blabbing away in the background. Very odd. Number is now blocked.

Had this call today, added to blocked list on Panasonic phone which can block 30 #s. Combined with my phone service of 30 free blocks = 60. Spoofed #'s are rampant. I never answer #'s I don't recognize, just let them go to vm. There's rarely a msg. I check this site regularly. Thanks all for your input.

They called at 11:22am, 4/11/2014.  Another call that hangs up when you say "Hello?" Telephone I'd says: National City, CA.  That's all I know.

More of the phony solar energy hucksters using all sorts of numbers including 273-5603, 273-5915 and 273-5923. Shameless promoters of solar crap. Blocking all numbers using 619-273-5XXX.

Repeat infraction caller, unsolicited junk spam, not answered, no message left (or dead air + dial tones which they do leave sometimes).  A "renewable energy" junk spam caller with a spoofed number, who will not remove you from their list despite being asked per the DNC.  

They have been calling here too. They also use (619) 273-5914.  I get so many unsolicited calls that I no longer answer the phone - anyone that calls, it goes to voicemail and we call them back if they are legit.  Usually these creeps will hang up when they detect an answering machine.

They stated that they were from SDG&E.  They said their records indicate we are paying over $100 for energy... That has to be misrepresentation!  Scumbags!

If you can't block his calls, have them forwarded to the FTC's number in Washington, DC by using the selective call forwarding feature of your phone system. I did this and it worked!

I gave constantly bothered by these pests. Twice I have told them I wasn't interested and to stop calling. I believe I even talked to the same person. The next time I will be calling the DA in the San Diego area.

This call is from either A1 Solar Power, a solar company based in Van Nuys, California (with six branches throughout the state: San Diego, Costa Mesa, Carpenteria, Petaluma, Concord, and San Jose) or one of its telemarketing fronts.

I don't know who/what these calls are about. One time a man asked to speak to my husband, when I asked what it was regarding, he hung up. After that, I have been getting at least 1 call everyday, and when I pick up, they hang up right away. I'd like to file a harassment charge, but against who?

I always pick up because I know many people in CA, I can't disregard this area code.. people don't always call from the same/familiar phone. Whoever is making these calls, doesn't even talk to the people, they just constantly hang up. I can't ask them to stop calling, block the calls, I can't file any thing, or find out anything about them.

These guys call me after 6pm every day.  Today's call was the latest at 8:15pm and it finally set me over the edge.  Usually, they call and hang up on me.  Yesterday, a guy started running this "you qualify for an energy savings blah blah blah" routine at me.  I told him, "are you aware that I'm on the do not call list and I don't appreciate being solicited over my phone?"  He repeated what I said back to me in a sarcastic voice, which I found EXTREMELY rude, so I told him to never call me again and just hung up at that point.  Today, a different person calls and I interrupt her "you qualify" routine and I asked her, "ma'am, are you a representative from SDG&E or are you with another company?"  she said, "we're with the renewable energy center and this is very valuable information."  I said, "so valuable that I needed to hear it twice?  why are you calling me at 8pm to tell me the same stuff you told me yesterday?  STOP CALLING ME!!!"  and I hung up.

Called 3 times in the past 6 hours

Same thing as the rest, they keep calling.  Now I have an "airhorn" they will love it!

Calling me too.  So annoying.

These morons form the "renewable energy center" called me four times already... I am praying to GOD they they will call again because they are in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act 47 U.S.C. § 227 and also 16 C.F.R 310.4(b)(iii)(A) prohibits calling anybody who has previously asked not to be called, you can be compensated for these idiots calling you.

First call i recived i said "no thanks don't call me"

Second call i revived i said "stop calling me f*** off"  

Immediatly after hanging up i recived a third call which hung up on me

Finally today they called again and i was in the office so i refrained from using colorful language and said "dont call me!"

This number keeps calling every day.

They've called repeatedly over the last month - and hang up on answering machine.  DO NOT ANSWER.

This number calls almost everday (619 273-5916) I assumed it was a telemarketer since I'm not familiar with the number, but today I answered and there was no response.

Two calls this afternoon. No messages.  My friends would leave a message.  Not these guys.

Got a call at 3:40pm and didn't answer. They left no voice mail. Called the number back and it was reported as disconnected.
