These jerks use spoofed phone numbers. You will never be able to reach them. I've found that the best way to stop them is to stop answering. When you answer they know they have a live person at your number and will keep calling using other spoofed numbers. There are different devices now that can let you block numbers... or if it's your cell phone that they call, check with your cell company about blocking numbers. There are so many of these creeps now that the gov't can't keep up with them. Many calls originate in other countries like India that don't care about the USA or Canadian Do Not Call Lists. They spoof phone numbers to make it seem like they are calling from your own city. Stop answering, and block as many of their numbers as possible. Since I started doing this, I've only gotten 2 calls since February.

Repeatedly calls without leaving message. Nobody on the line when the phone is answered.  If you call the number back, you get a recording that you have reached the wrong number.

Just says hello & hangs up.  *69 the Number & says disconnected.  I don't want calls from people I don't know!

These calls are coming from the same "energy savings scammers" who are also using 619-273-5603 and 619-273-5915. Complete sham violating Do Not Call laws. Number is now blocked. In fact, all 619-273-5*** are now blocked on our phones. These idiots need to sued and shut down.

NEVER answer a phone call (mobile or land line) from a number you do not recognize- if it's important- the CALLER will    l  leave a message. These SCAMMER/SCUMBAGS WILL NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE

This number repeatedly calls my house. When I answer they hang up.

I have been receiving calls every day from this number and other (619) numbers and they are all from a company calling about lowering my SDG&E bill. I am on the do not call list and for some reason I am suddenly receiving a ton of calls. I block them on my iphone but then they just call using another number.

This number has called me at all hours of the day. They leave no message, and when i answer the phone there is no response on the other end. I have called this number and at first it says the number is no longer in service, then it goes on to say that i should go to "yellow.com" to find who called me. I am getting to the point where I am going to go to the authorities. I have received 5 phone calls from this number this morning starting at 5am. At this point it is harassment.

When I answer, they hang up.
