Some clown left a voice mail message, pretending to be someone we know who is offering a 2 for 1 sale on toner and inkjet cartriges.  Told us to call 800-291-6133.  Just another "Toner Phoner" scam.

These idiots have been calling my business number 3 times a day
every day for the last 2 weeks. Any suggestions on how to stop
them would be greatly appreciated. I get mail box is full when
i dial back the number.

On April 21, 1994, Braun pleaded guilty to five counts of wire fraud and five counts of interstate transportation of funds obtained by fraud. During the sentencing hearing, the district court1 found that Braun, as the founder, sole owner, president, and manager of Gold Standard, was the organizer, leader, manager, and supervisor of the criminal activity. This finding resulted in an increase of two offense levels under United States Sentencing Guidelines Sec. 3B1.1(c). Braun was subsequently sentenced to 90 months imprisonment and ordered to pay $1,966,694.19 in restitution.

He has spent years in prison for parole violations, battery, crimianl threats, and trespassing. He has called numerous residents with primarily political messages and runs a telemarketing business:

He has been sued for telemarketing in the past and has numerous complaints on the net.  He has hundred's or complaints sitting at the FTC & FCC.  He advertises under the keywords robo calls, telemarketing, and voice broadcasting in google.  his ads typically say:

I got a call at 5:45 am on a Sunday. Do I want freaking toner at 5:45 on a sunday? Hell no I don't. What I want is the name of the person I can contact at JB Home Direct and his home number so I can call in the middle of the night and wake his a** up.

Voice mail message left by a "Toner Phoner" claiming they have a 2 for 1 special on toner and inkjet cartriges.  Told us to call 800-291-6133.  Just another scam -- selling crappy office supplies at huge markups.  Offered a $50 restaurant coupon to try & get an employee to take the bait.

I am on the no call list and have been receiving annoying voice messages from this service consistently at least once a week for the last couple of months. I live in Johnson County Kansas. Has anyone found a solution? I called the number back and it is forwarded to the annoying 'voice mail of the day'. Each time I receive a call I file a complaint with the no call list but nothing has been done as I just received another call today.

I receive a call from 1-619-325-1757 on such a regular basis that I am going to report this to anyone who will listen to my complaint.  They use a taped message about fair trials etc.

I get calls from this number at least once a day.Today is was at 4:57 PM.
I checked the area code which was from the San Diego area. I dont answer these calls but they are very annoying. I'm in the KC area.

This company sucks.  They won't stop calling.  I am also on the do not call list.  I think its political, so they can call you as much as they want.

FYI - I have also placed complaints in with the better business burough about the same company and they are very hard to find i beleive they are located in Ca but am not sure.

Got a message from these guys. It wasnt even a person, but a machine that doesnt figure out when to start leaving the message. As a result, all i can hear is half a message that makes no sense.

My residential number has been on the National Do Not Call List since the List creation. Nevertheless, I keep receiving annoying calls from companies soliciting various and sundry PROHIBITED matters (i.e. calls soliciting neither for political, nor for non-profit purposes).
This is a clear infringement on one's rights, and it breaks the law. Nevertheless these abusers seem to continue unperturbed with their behavior.

I'm getting these calls on my cell phone... I called back thinking it was a job interview in San Diego... I was like Hot Dang! I'm gonna go work in San Diego... and then I finds out it was this stupid place that don't even answer their phone... I was like, man, let's get in the Chevy and drive to San Diego and beat up the guy who keeps pranking me... I'm gonna beat his head like a drum... or some other percussion instrument. Then he will stop calling us all and maybe you guys can all give me a dollar because I beat this guy up and took his phone away from him... Just thinking out loud and stuff.

Just got one in Kansas @ 3:40pm just today (June 15th, 2007).  I called back and got the "mailbox full message" also.  I'm on the FCC no call list, and will be calling Monday to determine who JB HOME DIRECT is and how to stop them from calling.  Anyone have any ideas??

Stop it already. I get these damn calls daily now, a recording that is very, very irritating. I AM NOT THE ONE TO TELL YOUR WOES TO! I can't stop whatever it is you want stopped and DO NOT GIVE A DAMN about your cause.
