Caller ID just says San Diego. No one ever answers from the other end of the line, then it hangs up. It's another one of those caller spam machines that call and test to see if anyone answers the phone.... and if you do, then it sends the number to their paid callers cuz now they know someone is home.

It's just another scammer with a little twist. A recorded message says San Diego Gas and Electric is going to raise their rates and I might qualify for some rebates on home improvements to make my house more energy efficient. But I have to act SOON because these rebates are going away. They offer a FREE inspection to see if I need these improvements and if I qualify for these rebates. Press 1 to talk to someone about an inspection, press 9 to be removed from their calling list. Don't press anything. Just hang up and block the idiot's number.

The caller from this number claimed exemption from the National Do Not Call Registry, claiming to be a Non-Profit yet selling home-improvement/energy saving products. Bologna.

Male caller left a voice mail. He said he was calling from Wells Fargo and wanted to talk about reducing/refinance my mortgage. He said he was in my local branch. They do call me periodically and I think it's legal for them to call if they hold your mortgage.

This number keeps calling me and there is no one at the other end. When called back it goes to a recording that all lines are busy.
