Called my daughters phone.  She wanted me to answer it.  No one responded when I said "hello."  I'm trying to figure out who it is and why they are calling.

The number calling her was: 619-374-1217

I had a similar call today from this number.  They sell prescription medicines and were asking for someone that does not live in this house.  When I told him that no one by that name lives here, he asked me if I take any prescription medicines.  He had an odd accent..couldn't quite make it out...and, even though the number indicated that it was from San Diego on the caller ID, I got the feeling that this was some type of non-US company trying to get business on prescriptions.  Be very wary of these people.

Got a call today.  Message said my ATM card with Point Bank has been compromised.  And I, like the previous comment don't have an account with them.

I got a call from this number saying that they are SunTrust bank and my account has been compromised.  I did not call back as I don't have an account with SunTrust.

If you ever find a answer please post. They are driving me nuts. I almost break my neck when coming from outside or something only to find out its them..They change numbers, they change states. I really don't think we can stop them ever!

I've done that it doesn't work...maybe for a few days, they just changet their number. They have been doing this for almost 3 years at least. I now answer no number pr prefix I don't know. I probably missed a call of a life time...lol all joking aside, this once almost drove me crazy. Their is no stopping them. If had had big money I'd track them down, thats how bad it had gotten!

I'VE TOLD THEM EVERYTHING FROM PLEASE, TO YELLING, TO ARGUEMENTS. TO THREATS TO SUE, NOTHING HAS WORKED. THEY KNOW EVERY TRICK IN THE BOOK, ITS BEEN GOING ON FOR 3 YEARS!

It does no good at all to use the DO NOT CALL registry. As they do use multiple phone numbers and are out of the US. When I got nasty with them they started using my name and phone number to sell drugs. Over 3 days I recieved over 200 return phone calls from people all over the US to tell me to stop calling them. I got tired of trying to explain that I never called them. So be CAREFUL how you deal with these horrible people because it may bite you back.

WOW, lots of good information and warnings...thank you guys. I just got my first call today on my cell and house phone, very scary as I am also on the Do Not Call list. How in the world did they get my info? I have never posted anything on Craigslist so I'm unsure, I guess other companies sell a list and all I've gotten is minimal meds for my 8 surgeries. I will tell them I have passed away since I almost did from my last surgery, that usually works pretty well. I WILL get these loser/fraud "reps". It's good to have police as friends ;) I'm so glad I looked this up, thanks again everyone.

This number calls me "only" once a day, for the past two weeks, however whenever I answer, no one has every been on the line- I can't even speak to them to tell them to quit calling! I too listed some things on craigslist-

call my house and asked for myself "Ana", and said they were calling from Trivantis Healthcare, never heard of them, then the lady asked me if I take any type of medicine, I said, If I did, I am not to disclose any information to anybody that I haven't done business with, so please remove me from the do not call list; and hunged up.

I report them to the do not call list "file a report" everytime they call.  (Which has been anywhere from 3 to 10 times EVERY day).  Maybe if enough of us report them, they will be fined or something.   Grrrr.....

These people call me incessantly.  They even leave messages!  I was out of town for a few days and came back to 13 hangups from this number.

As others have noted, the reps are combative and rude.  However, it's the lying that makes me lose my temper.  They always say, "Don't you remember?  I asked you for a good time to call, and you told me to call you today."

Sometimes they offer up a bit of personal information to keep me on the line.  They recited the last four digits of my debit card number (I closed that down in a hurry), and said, "We'll just send a new order and bill you."

One rep made me laugh, though.  I had a lot of trouble understanding him, and said so.  He said, "You can't understand me?"  I said, "No, I can't."  He said, "Well you understood that question, didn't you?"

I guess these people are particulary annoying because my husband has been ill for four years.  Every time someone calls from "This-or-That MD" or "Something-or-Other Pharmacy," I pay attention for a few seconds until I catch on.

They're annoying thieves, and if I could figureout a way to make these calls stop, I would do it in a heartbeat.

I'd like to know who is calling meand for what purpose.  They are being a pest!!!

i do not know what do do either.   I get calls from this person and on that starts with 858.  I now answer the phone as if I were the local police dept.  My phone company blocks their call but they must be on a computer because the numbers keep changing as I block one.  If anyone finds out how to stop them besides changing my private phone number please list.  This has been going on for to yearas.  I have tried every thing and even contacted local police.  I do not know what to do.  The local police are investigating them since it is illegal to mail perscription drugs in my state with out a face to face Dr. visit.  So there are breaking both my state law and federal law.

This number has called me several times wanting to sell medicine. I called and asked them to remove my number from their calling list. The person I spoke with asked me for my name and address! I told them that the only information he needed was my phone number and he said nothing accept "ok, can I have your number please?". Its as if he was trying to get more info out of me. Be very cautious when contacting these people. Don't give them more info than they already have.

Got 6 calls from these people, answered call 7 and told them i was going to report them to the DEA the calls ceased !

This company is called Triventis Healthcare and they are a "pharmacy." They have called me at least 50 times and every time they call they tell me they will remove my number from their database but the calls keep on coming in. I am at a loss as to what to do now...

If anyone at your number ever ever bought meds online. It could have been Advil. Seriously. They will sell your number to about 6 other online/telemarketing pharmacies. I too am on the Ntl. "do not call" list but it doesn't seem to matter.- Since many times they are calling from the Phillipines the rules may not apply and if they do there's no way to get any kind of judgment. They could just change their number and start over.

From what ive seen so far u cant get rid of the call without the threats i have beed getting them on my cell phone and due to the private companies that are selling private phone numbers to small companies. if you do decide to report to  an athority u need to get more information about this company and then you can go to what ever athority you want to and have a viable case but make sure u get ALL information

This Indian dude won't stop calling my house!!

I receive a number of these calls at work.  I have our switchboard operator forward them to me.  You can not reason with these people, don't try.  The ONLY thing that seems to work for me is to do something completely out of character (for me).  I go into a tirade using EVERY curse word I've ever heard and not let them get a word in edgewise, insulting them, their employer, and everyone they work with.  I end with a "Take me off your @#$^%# phone list you @#*&%^" repeated over and over until they hang up.  If they call me back immediately to get back at me I don't give them the pleasure, I call them an idiot that can't take a phone number off of a list and hang up. I don't listen to them at all.  

It actually releives a bit of the anger towards these criminal time wasters.

My home number is unlisted, but, we recently posted a rental listing on Craig's List, I wonder if this individual grabbed our number off of the site?  On our voice mail I couldn't understand what he was pitching us; I hope that he doesn't call back?

This number has called me. I don't want them to call me anymore.

It's an online pharmacy, that called my house up to 7 times per day.  They refuse all requests to remove your number from their lists, so out of desparation, I told them that my husband, who they are calling for, no longer lived at this address.  They haven't called for 3 days now, so we'll see if that works!

This online pharmacy is scary because they contacted my two sisters and my mother and we all have different surnames and live in different cities.  It's like they read my email address book.  All the calls came in between the hour of 5 and 6pm CDT and according to my brother in law, the man asked if my brother-in-law had an soothing type medicines.  The man who contacted me from the same number sounded from India or somewhere close to India and did not speak english well.  I have gotten calls before and have asked to be removed from their database but yet they called again and also my whole family!  It has scared me to death!  Who knows what other info they have on me?!

they called and left message, that it was 3 rivers credit union and my debit card was placed on hold... funny thing i dont have an account with 3 rivers credit union...they are a fraud dont answer any questions from them

It was an automated call that said my Workers Credit Union Number for my debit card had been placed on hold and i need to reactivate it by giving personal information (SSN)  I hung up.

When this number called me they said it was suntrust bank and that my cards have been used by a third party.... i dont have suntrust bank.
