The woman ANGELA was very rude while insisting to speak with someone whom she severely mispronounced their name. We asked for her name and company and she answered ANGELA, again we asked what company she was with and she said Business Today, we asked what is this regarding and she said Business, is he there or not? She went on to say "aren't you his secretary, is he there or not?" We then read her number that showed up on the telephone screen and she hung up.
