I received a call this morning too. They said usa advance loan deposit money $12,000 into my account and I never paid them back. Then they change it $625.88, and I need to send them $300.00 or go to court.

Got a call from this guy saying that I had to have me or my attorney call him back. I called the number back and it just rang and rang then it stopped. No machine or anything. Didn't leave a company name and had a thick accent.

They called me from this number as well, but the things is the number shows up on my phone as all zero's.  So every since they have been calling me I knew it was a scam right off just because of the numbers.  The so called company name is Stephen and Assoiates and they lady name is supposedly Angel Wilson or Vinson.  I going to contact my cell provider to have the number blocked.

How do you get these people to STOP calling?  They are now calling my home number and my work number.   They tell me I need to get an attorney and call them back right away.  They have been calling me for months.       They caller has a strong accent.   I keep blocking the phone number from my cell phone plan and next thing I know it comes up at as all zeros or unknown.   Something must be done about this!  This is serious harrassment!

I called the local sheriff's office for the origination of the area code, 619.  The sheriff's office said if they call back, give them the number of your local sheriff office and they will hang up.  There was a large scam alert put in last September, 2010 for the 619 area code, that they are middle eastern phone scammers and have most generally gotten people's phone numbers and social security numbers by hacking into either payday loan applications online or other applications that have been filled out by people online.  They are working their way across the US.  I am in Iowa, and they are working this state now.

They called me saying I owe money and pay by Monday or go to jail- They call every other day at my job ! I am worried becuase they have my SS number!

Got a call from 619-399-1126 asking me for my lawyers name and number. This guy had a heavy accent sounded indian or pakistani. asked if my lwyer was a criminal lawyer i told him he was gave him my lawyers phone number and name. then hung up the phone. He gave me a business name of some law firm but i was in the car driving at the time and i do not remember the name.

received a call from my husband at work saying this number called him at his job... naturally, he's calling me to look up the number online.. and I find this post regarding the information about the number.  I seriously think that these scammers are being forced to stoop to these levels due to the economy being such as it is.. Everybody is struggling just to make ends meet.. everybody but the greedy rich people who live by the motto.. as long as I have mine, that is.  The scammers will stop at nothing to screw people out of money even us poor schlubs who can barely put food on the table let alone buy into their loads of crap.

If they want my lawyer's name or my husband's lawyer's name.. I told him to tell them the law firm is Duey, Cheeum and Howe, and make up some bogus number.. in fact, maybe he can provide them with the police phone number in the area code from which they are calling.

I'm so sick and tired of being introduced to additional nonsense stress BS.  Maybe if enough people report these sick a***oles they might get taken away permanently.  You almost have to feel sorry for them but in reality.. it's difficult to feel anything when you can barely handle the cost of living as it is.

Everything costs so much more than what we make that I'm about ready to throw in the towel.  
I've had it.. I'm tired of being completely stressed out - it's only due to financial problems.. it's always financial.. if I did not have to worry financially, I'd be a person who is stress free. I'd like to see how that feels for a change, but I"m certainly not going to stoop to the level of these prick jobs calling!  They can shove it where the sun doesn't shine.

This is attempt to obtain information to collect money and steel identify to take out online loans. When this company call you report it to FTC online. Put a idenity alert on your credit and on your accounts bank and credit cards. Also report the calls to your phone company.

I got a call from a man named Justin Williams, stating I needed to put $989.89 on a prepaid Visa and then call him back with that Visa number, paying this amount would prevent further action from being persued against me...I almost did this, but It just didn't feel right...I called my Police dept and they said this is definetly a SCAM!!!! Always asked to see what you owe in writing, ask them to send you proof that you owe any money......

I played around and kept calling the # back he called me STUPID.......yeah I would have been stupid if I gave him my card info..............I told him the police want the name of their company and he hung up th ephone..............WHAT OUT FOR SCAMS.........

Got a call from a lady to call this number. Called the number the guy answered casually not identifying the company or anything. He asked for my lawyer. Wehn I asked for something in the mail he stated he had to download the case. I told him I would wait for the paperwork and follow up with my attorney. A few months ago I got the same call adn paid the fees. I then called the bank and informed them of the situation. They directed me to the company for which the money went too. The man on the phone stated that they were a third party collector and was not sure why they received the money. I believe this is a scam. Tell them to send in in writing.

Guy by the name of Jason Marco who a heavy Indian asccent just called on my cell and job. I didnt answer the phone and he said that if I didnt call back asap, that it was going to be very bad for me. They can kiss my butt. Sick of these ppl.!!!!! Going to report them as well~~

This Indian lady called my job. I called them back and an Indian man answered the phone. He asked my for my lawyers name and number. When I started questioning him about where this was coming from and who was sueing me ...He hung up!! SCAMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This a total scam. hang up immediately. You did nothing wrong. I plan to call the police.

officer scott keeps calling and telling me I owe the money. I told them I know this is a fraud and that I had contacted the police and they will be contacting them.
