Got a call today.  They are still at it

I got a call from this number at 1.00 AM and the person at the other end knew my name. He used profanities and even the threat of killing me. I have no idea what these guys are up to. I had to call the cops since this was a death threat from these guys. I'm going to court if i have to, this is no way for a phone company to behave

Note: the call came to a mobile phone which is a big no-no for telemarketers.

I just got a call from them that was a Spanish recording; something about a promotional offer.

I recently been scammed and now have received this call from this number.  If anyone knows what is going on, please be careful

Sux, when you don't have a fax machine so these folks keep trying every 5 minutes. Good thing its only 5 tries..why do they call at the wee early times(3am)?

They tell you that recently someone in your household (they give the person's name) has made some phone calls at around 2.6 cents. However, last time when they called, they say that the person said he was busy and to call back later with the confirmation number. They then say to hold for 10 seconds (really 30 seconds) then a recorded, unclear voice states something, and you are supposed to say "Yes" after the tone. However, do not say yes, especially because you don't know what the lady is telling you. Then they will realize you are not falling for the scam, and they will hang up.
