Ive done quite a bit of research. Apparently you also call from 619 414 1173, and threaten to sue people for debt that doesnt exist. I am filing a police report. You people left a message at my employers number. This is obviously a scam.

I was in the store and the call really made me angry they called and said I owe for something but I knew it was not real when they could not tell me who was trying to sue me. Then he had the nerve to hang up in my face and I called back and snapped. Then he got smart and said he will see me in court and I replied I will see him then and hung up. He tried to call me back but I did not answer. The number they called from was 619-414-1172.

I received my first call early this morning. The caller was rude and demanded my attorney information. I Hung up because for one he was calling me demanding information frm me which I clearly was not going to give to him. I hung up on him. He in turn called right back and I sent him to vm. He left a message stating that I am to call him back and if I didn't the consequences would fall on me? Huh, some nerve of these telemarketers/wanna be bill collectors calling with their harassment. Bill collectors would not be calling my cell phone so I know its fishy. These people must be stopped and put on blast when they do these kind of things.

This number has called several times in the last two weeks.  Tonight the caller was a man with a heavy accent and wanted to talk about mortgages.  He hung up on me when I asked to be removed from their call list.

This person called multiple times all around dinner time, and one time I finally picked up to ask them to take me off their list, and he asked for the woman of the house. When I asked him to take me off the list, he hung up.

This person has been calling me between the hours of 6 and 9 about four times a week for the past few months.

Like I had mentioned , we had suspended all our telemarketing activities due to concerns and complaints expressed by you .

I went to the bottom of this and found there was a script error in the scrubbing program at our end which led to some of the unwanted calls.

I apologise to everyone for the same . We are fixing the issue at our end and would do a test pilot in first week of December and once it is done successfully , we would resume our operations.

I express my regret for the inconvenience caused due to the technical glitch.

they just called AGAIN!!! And I begged them not to hang up on me, and then begged them TO TAKE ME OFF THEIR CALL LIST....and again, they hung up on me. They always call late into the evening as well. Waking up my children. I'm beyond irritated at this point.

The phone rang 3 times, I picked it up, but there was no response on the other end.

This number seems to pop in on caller ID whenever I'm on the phone with my mortgage company.  I no longer answer the phone when this number pops in.  No voicemails are left for me.

Hispanic male called and asked for "Klaus", the "homeowner".  I am on the do not call list and told him I wouldn't sue him if he never called again...

Man with ?Indian? accent wanting to speak to person who used to have our phone number and when that wasn't possible he wanted the homeowner.  My toddler had picked up an extension so I let her "babble" to the man while I continued cooking dinner.

got a call again, despite asking twice for them to take me off their call list (and they hung up on me both times). I played along with the game (they don't have my name or my address correct...), and I got the information. They are called "smarter home solution". When I asked how to contact them, they gave me the same number that shows on the caller id (which I've tried to call...and am always told "mailbox is full". They gave me another number...619-819-9288 and told me to ask for George. I just filed a complaint at www.donotcall.gov. I urge everyone to complain...we've got to get these guys to STOP CALLING US!!!!!

We've been getting many calls a day from this number. They never leave a message. I have been able to answer the call twice. Once, they said nothing, and I hung up. The other time it was an unintelligible conversation...a woman named Ashley with a heavy Indian accent. I cut into her speal and asked her to take me off their call list. She hung up on me. Then they called again today!!! And they call late into the evening too. Who are they? What can we do about them?

Someone from this number calls my phone every day....

Called me 4 tmes on 3 different days.  First time the lady and then followed up by the man.  Caller ID shows the phone number.  They say they are calling about my mortgage.(No Way!)  I asked their company name and they said Smarter Home Solutions.  I told them every time that their call is illegal because my # is on the Do Not Call List.  Have reported them to the FTC.

They called my son at 8:30ish last night, and 8:15am, as well as two other times, I think someone with authority needs to do something about them calling our cells, not everyone has free minutes, also I put my entire family on the do not call list, they need to be heavly fined.

This # has called my home 11 times in the last 10 days....I findally talked to a man that said his name was Brad Pitt (yeah right) He had a heavy accent. He said he worked for Smarter Home Solutions.  I asked at least 8 times to have my name put on the do not call list.  You will be shocked at the things he told me....Told me he didn't like the tone of voice I was using.  He said he didn't understand why people in this country were so rude...He said over and over again that I had a nice voice and he knew I had a good heart...and he went on and on with stupid comments like this.  He would not give me a correspondence address or a supervisor....aaahhhh!!

Over the past week, this number has appeared on our caller I.D. at least twice a day.  They called again today at 9:15 am PST.  I just picked up the phone and listened.  A minute later a lady says my name and I say yes.  Then she starts to talk to me about mortgages and I ask her for her name which she says is Ana Marshall.  I ask for her company and she says Smarter Home Solutions.  Then I tell her to give me her telephone number and I'll call her back.  She tells me (619)414-1100.  I call that number back and after it rings many times a message comes on and says mailbox full.

I have a suspicion that these calls come from a boiler room operation that is actually from India. I received a call from the "Indian" women at work this morning with all the chatting going on in the backroom. It makes sense that it is possibly coming from India and somehow using a 619 area code because the timing of the call at 9:00AM on the east coast from California? No one in California gets up before 11:00AM! Ha!

I told her that we are a business that rents the office space. She was insistent we have a mortgage and she could complete a refi for us. Good luck on that one!
