I answer, I am told that my car warranty is about to run out.  (My car is 10 years old).  I am told to press 1 to speak with someone about it and when I do I am asked to put in a password, (or pin #, I forget).  

I got this call on both my home number and my cell.

I also got a call from this number saying the waranty will run out but I dont own a vehicle.  When they transferred me to a girl who said they might have gotten the wrong number but in mid-sentence hung up on me! When I called back later it was a bizarre Russian telemarketing message-nothing to do with the original call. When I looked up the number its this guy in San Diego. I find this unsettling. What is this?

Got a call from this # - tried to call back within minutes and was told the # is disconnected. Google says that it belongs to Alejandro Benitez in San Diego CA

Keeps calling my cellphone with a recorded message about auto warranty being up. Did Google search for number and found out that is for Alejandro Benitez   (619) 436-1835   4534 30th St,  San Diego, CA 92116

Various numbers used by the same scam are 704-456-1304, 704-456-1305 which are both listed as being in Harrisburg, NC

We can loan billions to corrupt bankers to give themselves bonuses but when fraud burns up thousands of cell phone minutes there is no big brother anywhere, surprised?

I wish there was a DO NOT CALL list for cell phones.  If anyone knows of one please post it.  THX

These people are really annoying me. I keep getting calls from them on my cell phone and other numbers saying that the factory warranty on my car has expired. I keep meaning to put my cell on the do not call list but until then, every time they call, I save the number under "Telemarketer" on my phone and then set it to not ring when that number calls. So most of the time, I never know when they cal till later.

Every week calls my cell phone, usually late at night (11:00PM-2:00AM)with a recorded message about an expired warranty for a vehicle I never had.

Yeah I got a call from this number too...Its such a setup and it looks like a legitimate number on the caller id, what a waste

Gotta missed call in the afternoon from this number. Called back and says the number has been disconnected and then starts to ring again and then I get something in Spanish. This was on my cell phone. Is this legal?

I got a call from this number on my cell phone here in Hawaii.  I've previously gotten calls from this number and programmed it on my cell phone as "do not answer- spam caller"

Im 17 and dont have a car so wtf...
i have been getting these calls like once every two weeks. i just dont pick up anymore.  The fourth or fifth time they called me...I spoke to a person and screamed in their ear but unfortunately...they still call.
Just called me again 4 minutes ago.

i received this call on my cell phone. i didnt answer, but they haven't left a message. never even seen a 619 call before.

just got a call from this dumb a**.
seems to be a spanish speaking caller. im am in alexandria va.
they called my cell phone as well.

This number called me today at work. I answered and there was a recording telling me this is my second and final notice that my factory warranty is going to expire (huh?) and to press 1 to speak with a representative, 2 to be removed from the list. I pressed 2. I was disconnected. I have a feeling I have not been removed from the list.

Google told me the number belongs to a Alejandro Benitez in San Diego. I can even street view his address. Classy place. Classy guy.

These people call me like 3 times a day on my cell and now at my work! Its so f ing annoying. I actually talkied to someone once and they said they would take me off the list but they havent stop calling. The caller id say A. Benitez. When you call back it says thi umber is no longer in service!

something need to be done. how irratating and frustrating they dont leave message they hang up on you if you ask questions, but they keep calling calling calling my cell phone

Got a call. Didn't answer. Oh what fun it must be to call people at random, and give them a line of bull shee-ot about their car warranty. What's next? Call people and ask if they've got Prince Albert in a can? Or maybe ask if their refridgerator is running? HA-freakin'-HA!

Got a phone call from this 1-619-436-1835 unknown number telling me that my car warranty has expired and that I should renew it.  I answered in the middle and someone on the other side who without presenting himself to me asked I wanted to renew my warranty.  In returned I asked whose company did he represent?  At this point he disconnected.  I tried to call this number 3 times and received a message from an ?automated operator? saying that all circuits are busy.
I don't have a car!!!

Car Warranty company. They seem to use different numbers--got one yesterday from New Jersey--973-779-1835.
