Happened to by photobucket too - account is no longer active.  Definitely a scam...

Same here, just received the message.. the weird part about it though is... all my albums in photobucket at locked.... so no one can comment on them!  When I went to the said, picture the comment was supposed to be on.. there's nothing!

I got his exact same message too.  When I clicked the the user name to go to their Photobucket page, there was five pictures of a beautiful girl.  I left a message on a photo along the lines of, "you're gonna have to do better than that if you're gonna get me to text to an unkown number so that you can get my contact details and commit ID fraud".
Check back at the Photobucket page and it is no longer valid.  Guess they thought I was onto them.
