I'm getting calls from this number, too. The number also comes up as "Evje William" on caller ID, didn't say anything the one time I answered, number is disconnected when I called back, and hangs up when the answering machine starts. It's really annoying.

A quick Google search resulted in a company called "Evje Services Inc" that was started in 1980 and another company called "Superior Construction" but not much else about either.

Have received 2 calls from this number, one from a man and the other from a woman.  They wanted to know if I needed any construction done.  I told them no I didn't and if I did I wouldnt have it done from somebody that calls on the phone anyway.  Not even a legitimate company for all we know.

This a** keeps calling and hanging up. I found an address for him and if you happens a few more times, I'll be dropping by to discuss it. He's called at least 100 times.

I cannot get this number to stop calling my home phone!!!

The idiot that keeps calling me from this number claims his name is Jeff Thomas and he is calling for my step-dad who died a little over two months ago.

Got a call from this number several times.  When I don't answer it, they hang up after the answering machine kicks in.  When I call back, the number is disconnected.  They're obviously making the calls through a "computer" so they can "cheat" on the number displayed.

Im so glad im not the only one getting calls from this number!  I've received several from this number in the last month or so.  I called it back,  and of course, disconnected!   is there any way of reporting this ??

Me too! I actually spoke to someone one and told him to take him off his list. He hung up before I finished my sentence. Has everyone reported him to www.donotcall.gov?

Got this annoying call too. A quick search shows a Barbara Evje has or had this number.

619-462-4772 called my phone today (4/10/2012).  I answered but no one answered back.  I called the number back and it was disconnected.

I get repeated phone calls from this number so I googled the name and number and ended up here....Odd and annoying!

This number calls my house daily. Let's it ring long enough to trigger the answering machine. Never leaves a message. I called back and it says the number has been disconnected

This is the 2nd day in a row this number has called. I answer and no one says anything. When I try to call back, it says the number has been disconnected

This number has shown up for the last 2 weeks, they don't leave message but when I dial it rings several times then get the disconnected number message.

This number came up as William Evje, it was a local call so thinking it was someone I worked with I answered it. The guy asked for me by name, then said he was from Superior Construction. I hung up & began looking around for info. Superior Construction has an F rating from BBB which further states that their contractor's license has expired. I blocked the number.

Looking further down Google at this 6194624772 number I saw a Barbara Evje of the East San Diego Unit of Womens League of Voters, but that was in 2008.  There was also an old listing for a women's barbershop quartet with this number.   It is an East San Diego number, not Chula Vista, but no idea who it really is bugging all of us.

I got two calls this week from that #. I actually thought it was some stupid woman I worked with 5 yrs ago that won't quit calling. I have AT&T so I call blocked the #. Then I got curious and I did a reverse directory and found it was this William Evje, so i googled that name and landed here. Weird.

2/21/12  Same thing on my home phone. Called it back, disconnected #. Searched got same name, William Evje,  no luck. My best guess is a scam artist or telemarketer, one in the same.

Same here...I just received a call which is why I 'Googgled' the number and found this. The name of the caller was William Evje and when I called back, the number was disconneted. Weiiird....

Repeated calls and hang ups from this number. Really annoying. Why doesn't the government crack down on this nonsense?
