It's a telemarketing call selling you some type of schooling or financial aid for school.

They are trying to sell you something...report it to spam calls!

Numerous bothersome calls which interrupt my daily activities.

How to File a Complaint

You can file a complaint by telephone to 1-888-CALL-FCC (1-888-225-5322) voice or 1-888-TELL-FCC (1-888-835-5322) TTY, by fax to 1-866-418-0232, via our electronic complaint form, or mail. For the FCC to process your complaint you must either fill in the electronic form completely or otherwise indicate:
?your name and address;
?the home phone number where you received the solicitation;
?identification of the individual or company whose products or services were being advertised or sold, and any phone numbers included in the call;
?a description of the call;
?any phone number provided to allow you to ?opt-out? of future calls;
?whether you or anyone else in your household gave the caller express prior permission to call;
?whether you have an EBR with the caller (specifically, whether you or anyone else in your household made any purchases of property, goods, or services from the company that called, or made any inquiry or filed an application with the company prior to receiving the call).

keep getting phone calls from this number;when i don't answer they don't leave message on my vm. this is harrassment!!!!!!!!!!!!! don't know who this is.

also have been receiving calls from this number.  when answer "no one is on other line" they just keep the line open.  It seems to be something illegal.   I'm ready to report this to local authorities.

Sounded like a female called to make online survery I requested with such poor English I couldn't understand what it was other than something dot com.

Same thing here, about something I ordered.  I ordered nothing and when I call back I get a recording.

Call at least ten times over last few days. Never left a message.

Receive calls daily from this number for about a week now. They never leave a message. I registered my number with the Do Not Call Registry which seems to be losing its effectiveness. This is very annoying...

has called 5 times everyday for a week know and im getting tired of it , and the worst thing is that they call  when im not home.

They called me, as well. I finally answered and it was a telecommunications company asking about something I "ordered online or on the phone", even though I don't order products online or over the phone, specifically for this reason. After I said I didn't order anything they immediately hung up.

Call from San Diego area, didn't answer but it's the second call in two days.  Prob some scam since I don't know anyone in San Diego...
