got 2 calls from this number today. Didn't recognize the number and they didn't leave a voice mail.  Sick of unknown numbers trying to harass me. Thanks for these blogs.  I always look the number up to see what other people are saying that do answer the phone.

I just got a call someone with Iran descent; called about medical compensation, and asked me if I recently had any surgery and asked if I have had any vaginal pain within the past 12 years, I said what. What is the point of this question I had laughed and hung up this was at 9:15 a.m. 5/15/2013.

Medical compensation company?  A man asking for information about any recent surgery. I've recieved many phone calls in the past few weeks and not answered. No message was ever left. Today I decided to answer only to be asked if I've had any surgery. I'm wondering if a collection agency has sold their list to someone. I do have a couple of medical bills that are in collection.

What the hell!!!   I am on the Do Not Call list and I am still getting calls from these people.  Lots of back ground noise, very heavy accent.  
Does the Do Not Call list really work, or it is another scam just to make us Americans think we are secure?

Can anybody STOP them. Verizon should be responsible  and disconnect them, because  they are used for fraud .

CALLED me WHILE I was on the phone with someone else so I hung up thinking it was important. I immediately accused them of being a spammer. I googled their number found this site. called them back. told them to google the number they are calling me back from and if they ever call again I will call the cops. I always call them back and argue accuse and threaten that is the ONLY way they STOP. TRUST ME.

This company...well, its not even a REAL company name that they use. I called them on one of my spoof computer numbers to find out who the heck they are. There is ONE MAIN person who answers and he has the most heaviest accent. He sounds like he is choking or trying to hack up something when he talks. Anyways, he answers the phone with; Thank you for calling medical services. RED FLAG! That is not even a legit name. I don't know what he wants from me or how he got hold of my landline. But he had a real nasty attitude. I told him to quit calling me, and he must have been mentally slow or something because he kept doing it. Then I blocked his number (619) 489-0161 with my phone services. Then he tried to be slick by blocking his number so he can get through. He did succeed, by my success was even better when I call traced his number and took it to the police for threatening and assault. Compliments to my phone service features.  He harassed me all last week,  I guess he got the hint from authorities, cause I haven't heard from him since. He's from India calling from a California number. I use to live out there, unknown how he found my new location regarding medical crap I never dealt with and asking me for personal information. I told him where to stick it and where he can go with it. WINK

Please remove me from your phone list. I have asked multiple times who they are and if I can speak to a manager then they just hang up.  They keep saying they are from a medial services type company - very vague.

Whoever this company is that keeps calling my work cell number. Not leaving any message but hets call from them everyday.

They called my number and you cannot understand a word they are saying. I called them back and they said they were with Medical Compensation and asked if I was Deanie Diver and I asked  him why He was asking me personal medical information that is protected under the HIPPA.  He didn't know what HIPPA was.  I explained to Mr. Daniel Scott (who has a very strong Indian and I don't cowboys and Indians) that he needed to research the Heath Information Privacy Protection Act) of which I helped to write the electronic security portion white paper.  I explained to him that they were in violation of the Law by asking personal medical information in order to try to obtain financial compensation.  This is a SCAM do not talk to these people and have their number block as soon as you possibly can.  Oh and in reference to the post by NO, they already had my name.

I hope that is not your real name!  Tell these bozos nothing.  Now they know your name and part of your medical history.  Don't be duped by these crooks.  Hang up.

Add this number to your phone's address book under SCAM or block the number if your phone has that capability.

this number calls me all the time and my whole family has answered his calls and told him to stop calling me. he keeps calling me still. he has called me more than 30 times. im about to go to the police about it. we have tried to call the number back and it just rings with no answer and no messaging system. it seems bogus. do I have to go to the witch doctor too?

I keep getting calls from this number and it is always a man with a very heavy indian accent. he tells me it is for medical compensation due to surgeries I have had. somehow he knows about my C-sections but keeps asking me for more information about others. I can hardly understand what he is saying. I believe it is a scam. if this was for real, he would know more about me and he is not affiliated with my attorney due to an active lawsuit. im tired of him calling me every single day. im about to go to the police!!!!

I have learned how to place a curse on the operators who are sending us these unwanted calls.  My friend is a practicing witch and practices spells and she is also from New Orleans.  It's all that we can do now.  There are no more choices left.

Have I had any surgeries recently?  They are from India man!  I responded, "Hello India!"  Katie Couric had the special on TV, legal people from India purchase thousands of blocks of numbers from Verizon, Sprint, and others, and give them to call centers in India.  Katie sent people to India and you could see hundreds of Indians making .calls inside.  A boss came out and they ask if the building was a Call Center.  The Indian said in fluent English, "No, this is not a call center."  The. .Katie's people tracked down several legal Indians here in the US, they were all living in fabulous neighborhoods. throughout the country, and asked them about the blocks of phone numbers that they had purchased, these men took off, some ran away.  I refuse to purchase anything from India now.n they will appear as Winning Price people, Credit Card personnel, and they have lots of info about each of us.  Katie also interviewed people who were scammed.  Some for just 100, some for thousands.  Some elderly were crying.  Disgusting criminals.

Got a call from this company a few weeks ago and told them not to call again and not associated with anything and asked if I had surgery and might have medical compensation coming.  They called again and again said do not call and stop calling.

they called once and never left a message my caller id never even said what it was from,most likely a scam ,hey dont feel to bad I get scam emails all of the time askiing me if I am dead,lol how stupid can you get,asking someone if you are dead,maybe i should answer back and say yes,

They keep calling during my work hours and leave no message.  How can I stop them?

How do you do that?  I would like to do that too!!!

Called & left no message. I use a GoogleVoice number to block these people. Not sure how they got my cell #, but it's connected to GoogleVoice, which makes it really easy to block them.

Same as above comments--had surgery recently; handed me to supervisor--heavy unintelligible East Indian accent that was some a***ole telemarketer!  I told him to go have sex with himself!

I got a call from this number a few minutes ago and they didn't say anything.

phone call for my wife said they represented a co. called consumer affairs co. this was in regards to a medical payment i asked them the name consumer affair .gov agency had to repeat my self several times to get him to talk so i could understand him finally he hung up I gave no information and i enjoyed it.

Got 2 calls today from this number - glad I didn't answer - no message was left from them.

I got 2 calls from that number and the guys said his name is BOB MARLEY. Bob ( regaee singer) has been dead for a long time now. I told him if he called again I had his address and the police would arrest him for phone harrassment.
