Got a call from this number at 11:20 at night. no one on other end. Its a California number that has been spoofed. When are useless congress and or senate going to do something about these calls.

Called, asked for me by name in very broken English. Sounded like it was an Indian woman. She said she was the medical specialist, I asked from where.. she replied again she is a medical specialist? With a question inflection at the end. I asked to be removed from their call list. Blocking on my end now.
