i also got a call from that number. it was calworks, asking me to send in more info for my healthy families application

I just got a call from this number. I answered and it was a fax machine sound... I called back to hear a message stating, "your call cannot be completed as dialed."
If it is regarding a Healthy Families application (as the comment above) then why would they be calling me? I never applied for it.

we got a call from this #, my girl did not answer but when we call back the message (which might just be a voicemail that they recorded) says 'your call is not completed as dialed'. they have called twice.
