I think it's a fake SDSU number, meaning it has the SDSU prefix but it's not actually from SDSU. They always call at bizarre times (late at night, or on Sundays). One time I picked it up and there was no one there. They never leave voice messages either.

I believe it is a call made to sdsu alumni & they are asking for donations back to the university, I've got those kind of calls before from sdsu (I'm alum), got one today from this number
6195948546 but again they didn't leave a message, "619-594" are sdsu phone numbers

It's an SDSU prefix, but no one leaves a message and today when I answered whoever it was just hung up. Arghhh, hate unsolicited calls on my poor prepaid phone. :(
