Same thing happened to me last month, and i was stupid enough to send $250. out that $. Money gram cant refund it to me... can anyone help with this?

I just received the same message from an Andrea Hawkins also say the exact same thing that was being said to most of you. But it was exactly the same as was quoted from Tammy. I had them quote a social security number for what they claimed and it was not my social security number. Not even close to mine. SCAMMERS ARR BECOMING MORE CREATIVE SO BE MINDFUL OF THIS!

I just received a call from them.  Definitely from an Indian call center.  Told me that if they didn't hear from me or my attorney that all they could do was "wish me luck as the situation unfolds on me."  Didn't say what it was in regards to though but did tell me to her call back, Andrea Hawkins, at her "hotline."  I've never had a payday loan, nor any loan for that matter, so I am guessing this is a scam.  And as I am writing this they are calling my work number.

Continuously calls and leaves no message.

I have beein getting the same stupid a** calls. Not only that the MF gone curse me out I seen red. Then the MF know my social security number and it really getting to me.  I know that I dont get a payday either. If they keep calling me I going put a lawsuit on them.

i get about 10 calls a month on my cell phone from these moroons ( i would use other words but it might offend people) all claiming the same thing im going to be arrested at my work if i dont pay on a defaulted pay day loan im really getting tierd of them so i cal the ftc and fbi when i talk to these jokers and let me tell you these moroons get a earfull of unpleasant cursin from me so be aware folks it a BIG SCAM

'I had a phone call saying I have defaulted on a payday loan.  I have not gotten a payday loan in the year 2011 and when I asked them what the date of the payday loan was the guy just kept telling me the name of the company, and when I asked him to mail me some kind of documentation about this lawsuit he told me it would be mailed to my employer, and then hung up on me.  No one spoke very good English'.  ...The exact same guy called me too...SCAM for sure. Wanted me to send $634 for a lawsuit. SCAM SCAM SCAM
