This number calls about 3 times a day and does not leave a message.  Does anyone know what company it belongs to?

-866-746-7238 - Sales (Option 1, then 3)   to make it stop !  that is the number to ADT

I called ADT to report someone is calling saying they are with ADT and being a total jerk, because I couldn't believe it was really someone from ADT!   The person at ADT that I called felt it really was one of their sales reps.  !  How RUDE !  I recommended the sales rep be fired and reported him for being very rude and harrassing and repeatedly calling when I told him NOT to call.

I am on national DO NOT CALL LIST for sales calls.   ADT now put me on their internal list.  If that call is really coming from ADT ---- then they are breaking the law by calling people on the national do not call list.

This a***ole keeps calling me too ...... repeatedly ....over and over and over.

Caller is using special software that allows him to send anything he wants to your CallerID, in this case "XXXXXXXXXXXXX," and should be treated as hostile.

Got a call from 619-711-4563 first on my home phone and within 3 minutes got a call on my office phone
Caller ID showed XXXXXXXXXXXXX which I find a little Wierd

It could be harrassement from a person who lives in Canada and has broken into my computer, harrassement in various ways.........I will also report to FBI

We just moved into a new house.  This number and a few others have started calling my house repeatedly, but when I answer it is just a blank.  Was starting to freak me out but I'm glad to see it is just a lame scam.  Now I know what to say when they call me next - "Keep calling and I will report you to the police."

CH had the same situation: Just got this new phone line two days ago.  They must try to capture new numbers from somewhere so they can get around the do-not-call list.  

I asked about getting my number unlisted, but the sales lady say 'name only' will only show the name and not the number.  Don't know if 'unlisting' would have prevented this anyway.

This sucks.

Its for a company selling ADT home alarm systems. I told them i wasnt interested so now they have their machines crank call me all hours of the day.

I just got a new phone... this number called numerous times before I finally picked up. She told me she provided security for my area and asked if I rented or owned. She abruptly hung up afterwards.

This number called and asked for my husband purporting to be a home security company.  When I asked further questions, the man hung up on me.  I tried to call the number back and I got a message from Verizon saying the number is disconnected.  I am guessing this is connected to some type of scam.

This number has called twice, both during the dinner hour. Left no message.  When I called back, number is reported as "Disconnected or no longer in service"
