If you give them your number and hit the # key they'll clone your phone number and use it. You'll get stuck with outrageous bill.

I also live in Minnesota and just got a call from this number. The phone rang 3 times and when I picked up they had hung up. Unlike most of you, I decided to call them back. What I got was a recording telling me that if I wanted to be removed from there list to press something and leave my number.
They don't identify who they are or what they are selling. It could be they are just another scam who hope you will call them and find out what the call was about so they can sell you something.

I got a call from this number. The caller ID displayed "Cell Phone CA". I live in Minnesota and I did not answer the call. No message was left so I just ignored its.

I received a call from this # last night, February 10th. On my caller ID showed cell phone # and I live in Michigan. I did not answer it, I figured if it was someone I knew, they would leave a message, which of course they didn't. I do not know anyone in CA.

I would like to know who the company is, exactly.
My land line is on the DNC list, yet rings off the hook with companies that don't identify themselves. I can't just turn the ringer off... but I rarely answer the phone either, there are so many callers.

Also received a call from 619-801-8172. They hung up when I answered the call. Caller ID shows the call is from a cell phone in California. I am in Michigan near Detroit
