I received a phone call from the same number, 619-900-1645, at 7:56pm I did not answer.... If an unknown number calls me I don't answer..... they have to leave me a message I'll be happy to call them back if the call is legit.  

Called me twice today, left no message.  I reported them to the FCC.

After some thought I suspect that this might be some trick to get you to call back. It's a 900 number so you'll probably pay a hefty fee for a return call just trying to find out why.

automated recording sound like a real person like saying "hello can you hear me ok? saying i filled out a survey and they want to give me $100 gift card and $50 restaurant card. Gave them my name and address when it started asking for my birth date I thought to myself hell no and hung up.

I get repetitive calls from this number, they hang up as soon as I answer.

I keep getting calls from this number and similar. It's beyond irritating...Collection, student bs w/e...all for someone named ashley, and im a dude and thats not my name.

Tired of Spam calls

Same here. They tried to make an automated recording sound like a real person like saying "hello can you hear me ok?" I heard about a scam where a number dials you and if you answer you get a big charge on your cell bill or phone bill. There used to be one out there like that but using a text message. They text something like "what's up", if you respond - bam you get charged.

I continually receive calls from this number but I have Never answered the call. (maybe 3 times a week) I have a pay as you go phone so I don't want to waste my minutes.  Not sure how to block this number...very annoying.

I just received the same call on my cell phone and I answered it then theyhung up.

I missed the call and called the number back only to receive the message that the number is not in service.

Obvious robo-dialer, as the call center worker was not there until a click several seconds after I answered.  She claimed to be calling from a customer rewards program, then complained that she couldn't hear me, so I hung up.  This type of scam telemarketing is pure harassment.  The worst of it is, I am certain that I've gotten previous calls from this same individual, calling from a different number, and I've explicitly instructed her never to call me again.  The identical voice and the same "can you hear me ok?" phrasing lends credence to another commenter's suggestion that it's actually just a recording.

I answered the call from this number only to hear an automated female voice that said "you have been kicked from this conference" -____-

Got the call 5 minutes ago.  Before I even said "Hello" it ended. Calls like these are not very nice.  Especially when you could be waiting for a call on a potential job offer.  Mine said "San Diego Area", so I called it back and it said that it was not in service.  Who has time for this?
