Fast, recorded message from "inter county office" ... something about tax records.  Provides 800 number, urges a call back, then hangs up.

This is the second call I received from this number. They are calling my cell phone. It is  a recorded message. It says something about an offer for a loan to call them back at a 1-800 number. Telemarketing for sure.
My caller id says Michigan as a name.

Called my phone, never leaves a message.  When I called it back, I got the voicemail from a female stating "Please leave a message, it's a private cell phone.  Thank you"
