There was background noise, then a male voice said "Nothing" and then disconnected.

When I answered, he asked for Riley.  I said this is the Riley household, but I am not a Riley.  He then asked to speak with my grandfather, I told him he had passed in February.  Then he asked to speak with my mother, but she was unavailable, so then we hung up.

This is a number that Shows up when my husband calls me collect from the prison.

Its a number that shows up when someone is calling you from the prisons in Kansas.

I received a call from 620-263-3536 which shows up as Burlington, KS on my caller ID.  The man on the other end identified himself as being from the Kansas State Police.  He said, "There is no problem or emergnecy, I'm just calling to remind you to pull over when officers are working on the side of the road."  I said, "I always do, thanks."  And then I hung up.

Just FYI, its not wise to post your phone number on public forums.
The criminals that get outed here do read these forums.

This number came up on my caller ID when I was on the phone with somebody else.

I called them and the automated answer was "The party you are trying to reach is not available.   Please leave a message and we will get back to you."  I gave them my name and number, which is 913-***-**** and asked them to call me again..
