This number has called my cell several times. When I try to call it back, there is a recording saying it is a non-working number.

Yes me also. When I answer the phome it's a dial tone and when I called it back it's that same recording. Has called me three times today.

THIS NUMBER KEEPS CALLING BUT EVERYTIME WE ANSWER...THERE IS JUST SILENCE....I WANT IT STOPPED IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

Keep getting calls from this number.  Thick Indian accent and I can not understand them at all!
