It is from ACS, a collection company.

I keep getting unnecessary ohone calls from this number. Nobody on the line and no vm left.  

Same here, no VM left.  3 calls in 3 days.....

this person constantly calls and trys to get me to agree to the information they have on me.  all i can find out about this numer is that the phone being used is from an internet connection from a computer

do you know if the number is a business or a scam?

Man called yesterday And twice again today but no voicemail was left. The man identified himself as Colby and No mention of any company he represented he also called my underage daughter cell phone asking about her mother and where she was. Weird. Kinda sounds like tactics used by a bill collector though.....IMO..
