Checked out on reverse look-up. Area code from Pheonix, AZ. Has called my cell phone several types. Claims to have mortgage refinancing rate of 2.5 to 3 per cent which is too good to be true. Very strong Indian (from India) accent. When I tell him I'm not interested, he keeps jabbering on until I hang up on him, but he keeps calling back. But this time I didn't answer and jotted down the number before it quickly disappeared from my caller ID. What can be done to stop these idiots from calling my cell phone? I'm already on two Do-Not-Call-Lists!! How do they keep getting my number?
