Same routine, named Zina only used this number 602-931-9270 wanted 40 hrs of lead generation at $25 per hr. Read thru a bunch of sample emails and said she would invoice me for the $1000 up front. Uses website leads concierge.com the owner of the domain is one of the testimonials. Newly created domain and site since summer of 2013. Sent an email with proposal from info@leadsconcierge.com no last name.

I just got a call from Zena too, same phone number. I said that I would call back when I have a minute but thought that it must be a scam. Why would I hire someone to pitch website design if they didn't have their own website?

I also received a cold call yesterday from Zinah offering me her lead generation services.

She sent me an email pretty much identical to Mike (10 Aug 2011) and Ron (24 Feb 2012).  Although now she now notes that she does not have a website.

It should have a portfolio of projects you have completed in the past.

I will use your website for my study material. It should have the important information you want the public to know about the company. I work from hard copy. I will go online to print out the databases. If the company has a simple labor sensitive CRM system I will input any actionable information into the database, otherwise I will deliver the information by email or by telephone.

My primary goal will be to:

1) Schedule an appointment if it is geographically feasible
2) Schedule a telephone conference
3) Set up an email dialogue

In most instances we will send an email. Most companies want to know more about us before they decide to meet or schedule a telephone conference. I ask for a time to followup. Please send the emails in a timely fashion. Thank them for speaking with us or when scheduling appointment/telephone conference times and dates.

Compensation:

1) One thousand dollars, paid in advance, for forty hour minimums per month
2) Bonuses are paid in arrears based upon completed sales

wow, I just got the same call from Zinah. Same email with just the first name. No company info. No website. No social media. I found this by googling email lszinc49@gmail.com. On my email she included 2 references. I did not check references yet.

I received the same call and email from Zinah. Very nice lady, but given the lack of information, and a LAST NAME, I'm in the same boat as many others here. I also asked her if she was on LinkedIn or anything like that and she said "no". I found it a little odd that someone who has worked on the internet for 19 years does not have any social media accounts. I'm not sending a check to someone without know A LOT more about them and what they do.

I got your information today it was nice conversing with you. It will be 4-6 weeks before I would begin working with you. You service sounds great. However, I will need more verification about your company like name address telephone, bbb listing if you have one,current client references. Do you have a website? I have to admit it seems kind of peculiar that you didn't send this information in your first email. I cannot spend a $1000 dollars with a company and or a person without knowing about them. I know you understand there is a lot of fraud out there.

I just a call from her. I asked whom she was representing and she kept telling me "well, I told you my name is Gina(sp?) so you know who you are talking to". She insisted getting my name correctly and asked if I can spell it out for her. I did and there was a long pause then she said "You know what, that's fine then", then she hung up. It sounds like she is very short with people?

I just got a strange call from Gina (sp) asking if my business provided certain services. When I asked for clarification of who she is and what it is regarding, she got angry and said that these are not questions a reputable business would ask and kept going on with a tirade. I hung up on her.
