I am on a Do not Call registry . Received a call from this number saying that a family member or friend had signed me up for some contest and that I had won. I called the number back and it was WCA Customer Service saying that they had tried to contact me and that they would try again later. I am on the Do Not Call List and do not want these phone calls coming..

This company changes numbers constantly. I've tried opting out from WCA via their option 3 (which gives no confirmation, it just disconnects the call) and their website. I've tried filing FTC complaints against them, but the do not call list is obviously a joke ...
I tried this email address optout@specialofferservice.com and threatened a local lawsuit under 47 U.S.C. § 227(b)(1)(B) which prohibits recorded messages and no phone number listed in the message.
So if that doesn't work, I will file a small claims suit.

Have called several times in the past...including a few minutes ago. I looked the up the number before and saw that a number of people also received a call and that it was a scam. Have not and will not pick it up in the future but it is too bad that, in spite of my cell phone number being on the "Do Not Call" list, they continue to take a chance and send these calls through. It is definitely an invasion on my privacy!

Received a call yesterday, my Google search turned up a locksmith called Phoenix Mobile Lock at 2401 E Van Buren, Phoenix but that address is a Shell station.
